“Infusionsoft is a Comprehensive but Overwhelming CRM”

Infusionsoft does everything you''''d expect and more; this is both convenient and overwhelming. It''''s very easy to integrate with virtually any other service you use via Zapier, whether that be a Wordpress website, a reputation management platform, etc. While Infusionsoft does everything you''''d imagine and more, onboarding is a big time commitment, and may still leave you feeling overwhelmed due to the sheer robust nature of the platform.

“Great Marketing Automation”

The marketing automation is the best feature in my opinion. I really like the ease of use. The campaign builder in particular is highly intuitive. Even as someone who had little to no experience setting up complex funnels, I was able to figure it out, because you simply drag and drop different goals and sequences and then fill in the blanks. I also love that''''s it''''s more of a one-stop-shop than other CRMs.

“Great CRM and Marketing Tool”

It is an extremely robust tool. I like that it can be used to handle tons of information for contacts with great segmentation tools that can be used for marketing campaigns and email broadcasts. The campaign builder is easy to use and provides quick reporting. It is very versatile for all of our clients'''' needs. I wish there was more customization available for JavaScript forms so I wouldn''''t have to manually add HTML code every time I need to update a form.

“Keap Best for Lager Businesses or Sales Based”

Excellent contact database management options and search capabilities. Easy to pull as specific of a list as possible after a good set up.

“For the smart marketer”

Infusionsoft is great as a CRM but it is the best solution in my opinion for email nurturing. The features for automation are tremendous.
