Insightly pricing for first two users is totally free but features are limited.

The company provides free demo sessions either through website or a custom demo onsite. The customer can order for a customised demo according to the requirements. Insightly Features:

“Pretty disappointing”

The dashboarding feature as a homepage is a nice place to reflect on your current sales pipeline. A lot of their features and nomenclature just don''''t make sense. Why should I have to convert a lead to a contact? Why do I have to have an opportunity? The attachment of contacts/notes is extremely taxing. The layout is not user friendly with the side bar that pops out. There are many things that I dislike about Insightly. It just doesn''''t make sense.

“The most recommended CRM for SME''s”

I like the ability to create connections or relationships between any entities in the system. Quickbooks Online integration is also excellent. Furthermore, Insightly can be easily adapted to the requirements of the user of the moment, it is quite simple to be able to keep track of existing sales and customers and new ones within the company. I find it easy to use so I have not had problems as with other programs that are quite cumbersome to handle.

This is a very good tool, where you get everything you are looking for in one place, I trust my work in this good application, through this you can achieve better advantages compared to other programs. It can be easily adapted to the requirements of the user of the moment, it is quite simple to be able to keep track of existing sales and customers and new ones within the company. I find it easy to use so I have not had problems as with other programs that are quite cumbersome to handle.

“Inherited this software, but not my first choice”

Limited filtering of tasks and lacking organizational tasks. Email functionality is somewhat frustrating to use/implement when forwarding.
