“Customizable but lacking intuition”

The information that can be pulled from CRM is extensive, ranging from client details and responsible employees. To concerns and inquiries. Being able to record any and every interaction with the client means that information is readily available. The actual interface itself is counterproductive, the time it takes to actually search for a particular set of data means that you need to navigate through multiple sets of records. The search function tends to be unstable, sometimes pulling what you are looking for and sometimes not.

“Most versatile CRM”

The functionality, the ease of use, the reporting capabilities, the insights are some of the likeable features. From a Sales perspective, now that LinkedIn is a MS product, the integration into the CRM is valuable. You can import LinkedIn contacts, link with key influences within CRM, and even see additional key people within an organization that you should link with.

“Good program if you know what info to put in”

Being able to quickly click on the letter of the alphabet to pick an account or project is super helpful for quick access. I can see immediately which project I need to click on without having to guess and click in and out of projects. It does not have option for free trial, it would be better before installing it to have some taste about the product.

“Poor maintainence and support”

Random outages of Add-ins etc. In the beginning a couple years ago we had an issue with losing connection to CRM online on a regular basis.
