“Hasn''t kept up with the times”

It''''s SAP so you likely have other SAP systems that will make any learning curve with SAP CRM easier. There are some oddities with the CRM platform that are somewhat different from the normal EPR/BW and other systems. The technology looks dated in the case of CRM and competitors are more attractive.

It can be used for nearly everything. Many ways to find information. Hard to learn - not intuitive. Not always clear what information in one transaction is it is not the same information in another transaction with a similar name
