I recently became a customer of Proofpoint, Incs cyber security offerings and so far, I am impressed. Their product vision is all encompassing and able to cover virtually any use case that I and others need. With regards to product features, they provide top quality protection, covering everything from email protection to advanced search capabilities, as well as protecting against web application threats and data loss. In addition, the system is very user friendly, designed not to add an extra burden to an already busy IT department. The cost of ownership is also very reasonable compared to other providers, and the interoperability and integration is the best I have experienced so far. When it comes to the company itself, their stability and maturity cannot be matched. Despite having only been founded in 2002, they already have customers in over 80 countries, including some of the worlds largest organizations. Their overall innovation is second to none and they keep up with all the latest trends in cyber security, making them a top-rate provider. Customer service as well is excellent, and any inquiries I have had have been answered swiftly and to my satisfaction. As for their use of next generation technology and their ability to allow for futuristic use cases, I am greatly impressed. They have the ability to not only protect my current needs but future use cases that I may not have even considered. They also offer great value for money, and although their subscription prices are up there with most providers, the amount of protection, peace of mind and support you receive is worth it. All in all, I am extremely satisfied with my decision to choose Proofpoint, Inc as my cyber security provider. I would rate them 9/10 for their product vision, product features, ease of use, cost of ownership, interoperability and integration, company stability, overall innovation, customer service, supports futuristic use cases, use of next generation technology, and value for money.
