The platform enables users to enhance and add BI functionality to their external business applications by integrating them with or plugging them directly into the company’s analytics platform. The platform delivers a number of capabilities such as deep analytical functionality, intuitive workflow, flexible report presentation options, and a unified console for user management, security, administration, system configuration, and monitoring. Users can embed the MicroStrategy platform through two different modes: first, the code free integration enables users to embed MicroStrategy into external business applications with code-free workflows; while the second, the advanced SDK mode enables users to create white-label web and mobile applications that plug directly into their existing security models to deliver personalized analytics. With its open API, users can easily build highly customized BI applications for their customers.
