The software offers a range of features that were built with interoperability and integration in mind, allowing us to easily fit it into our existing workflows. Furthermore, there are a variety of collaboration tools within the software which help with complex tasks.
The customer service provided by Fond is good but not great. Questions and queries are generally answered quite promptly, however, the issue resolution time can be somewhat protracted.
Overall, Fond’s Employee Engagement Software provides a range of useful features. Whilst it does integrate nicely with other workflows, the customer service could be improved upon. Thus, I would rate the service 3.5/5 in terms of innovation, use of next generation technology, interoperability and integration.'
