They have put substantial effort into understanding our needs and put together a unified platform for our asset management system. Product features are powerful and easy to use, helping us optimize our asset utilization. Its intuitive and user-friendly, enabling us to quickly share updates across the organization. We were also impressed by the value for money their cost of ownership model is favorable and it scales quite well. Given our specific requirements, their interoperability and integration options were a plus. The companys stability and maturity are good and the customer service is highly responsive. Weve already begun taking advantage of the next-generation technology they are deploying. All in all, they have enabled us to realize our asset management goals and we give them a positive rating of 4 out 5 stars.

(Negative 1/5 Stars): Our experience using RAMCO SYSTEMS LIMITED for asset management has been incredibly disappointing. Despite being goaded by the promises of their product vision and the claimed product features, they have fallen short in delivering the same. The actions do not match the words. Whats worse is that the user experience is tough, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to use. Even the cost of ownership is exorbitant when compared to their timelines. We decided to try their interoperability and integration as well, but there were limits and wrong turns every which way we went. Weve found their companys stability and maturity to be flawed, and getting help from the customer service reps has proven to be futile. This experience has been a waste of our time and money, including no useful use cases in the foreseeable future despite their use of next-generation technology. We rate RAMCO SYSTEMS LIMITED 1 out of 5 stars.

We are generally pleased with the product vision they bring to the table, but there are significant gaps between the promises and product features. While it is relatively easy to use, it can be slow and unreliable at times. The cost of ownership is workable, but not remarkable. We have found decent success with the interoperability and integration, but it needs continued improvement. The companys stability and maturity are reassuring, and the customer service is quite helpful. However, the overall innovation and future use cases are lacking and the use of next generation technology is still just a work in progress.
