As a tech-savvy customer, I have had the pleasure of using FReDs Field Service Management offerings. 2 I recently migrated to FReDs Field Service Management software, and I have to say that I am thoroughly satisfied with the purchase. This software is extremely cost-effective and doesnt come with any hidden fees. It is also extremely user-friendly and customer service is always available to answer my questions. Perhaps the most impressive part of FReDs software was its compatibility with my existing systems. I was easily able to integrate the software and connect it to my database. This enabled us to store everything in one secure platform, which makes it much easier to pull reports across departments. Some of my colleagues are often resistant to changes like this, but even they were surprised at how seamlessly everything was combined. Overall my experience with FReDs Field Service Management system has been great. I would give it a 4.7/5 for cost of ownership and a 5/5 for its interoperability and integration!

FReDs Field Service Management Overall Review I had initially expected great things out of FReDs Field Service Management package due to its attractive product vision and feature set. Unfortunately, the cost of ownership was too high, causing us to have to look into other management systems more suitable to our budget. The product features didnt meet our expectations as there were bugs and latency issues that hampered our usage. Moreover, the eventual product vision that FReD eventually presented us with wasnt up to the standard that we had initially expected. FReDs Field Service Management Cost of Ownership Review I wanted to switch to FReD for my businesss field service management. It sounded like the perfect system to utilize for my small business and seemed to offer great functionality within reasonable cost parameters. Unfortunately, the cost of ownership for the FReD system ended up being too expensive for us to continue utilizing. The initial quoted fees were very high and after factoring in continual maintenance fees, we were running into far more than we had initially expected or wanted to pay for FReD. We decided to pass on the product due to the cost of ownership, and look for other, better field service management systems. Rating: 2/5

FReDs Field Service Management System - Interoperability and Integration Review Regarding the interoperability and integration of FReDs Field Service Management platform, I was very disappointed. Even some of the more basic data elements werent able to sync up across systems, causing me to waste lots of time on manual data entry and double-checking. Furthermore, the integration of service portals and mobile applications was incredibly slow and lacked ample support. I found myself needing to constantly upgrade to newer versions to get the features I needed, only to find that the limited services were often not compatible. Rating: 3/10

The cost of ownership is far too expensive and the eventual product vision that is presented is uninspiring, to say the least. The product features also did not meet our expectations, as we found significant delays and issues with the systems performance. Firstly, I like the product vision and features. Overall, it is quite comprehensive and provides visibility to various areas of my service staff, helping me maximize my resources. However, I find the user experience a bit difficult to navigate. It was not as intuitive as I thought it would be, and I found I had trouble locating the various tools I needed to manage my staff and assets. Although the product provides useful insights and trends, I find myself navigating several sub menus before I get the information I need. Moreover, I find the product a bit expensive. Although it covers multiple areas, I dont think the cost is right for my small business needs. Since it is necessary for my operations, I plan to use it for the time being, but may switch to an alternate product once my budget improves. Thus, I would rate the product vision and features highly, but not the value for money.

FReDs Field Service Management Product Features Review From a field service management perspective, FReD seemed great.The product had all the features we had initially asked for and more that provided some nice value-adds to the package. Unfortunately, the product did not meet our expectations due to its poor performance. We found significant latency issues when processing data, and large chunks of data would fail to upload as we tried to perform functions on the system. There were also bugs that kept cropping up throughout our usage and we found ourselves frustrated with the lack of responsiveness from FReD to fix the problems. Rating:2/5

The pricing is extremely reasonable and, whats more, there are no hidden fees. The customer service team is also incredibly helpful and always willing to answer any questions I have. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well FReDs software integrates with my existing systems. Integrating the software and connecting it to our database was nearly effortless, and now all of our data is stored in one secure platform. It is much more efficient to pull reports across multiple departments and the change was actually welcomed by my entire team! I highly recommend FReDs Field Service Management software - the cost of ownership is great and the customer service is outstanding. Unfortunately, I found that the platform wasnt particularly user friendly. Their navigation was particularly slow, and it was sometimes hard to find the feature I wanted. Their customer service team wasnt particularly responsive either, and I often had to resort to emails before getting the help I needed. Altogether, I have to rate FReDs Field Service Management offerings at a 3 / 5 for their work in supporting futuristic use cases. For ease of use, I have to award them a 2 / 5 rating.

Overall, I would rate the cost of ownership as poor. At the start, the high initial fees are difficult to navigate, with complicated options for configuring the system and buying modules. After the initial installing and configuration, monthly fees and associated costs for new features and software licensing added up. Even specific feature upgrades, such as mobile support, cost extra which makes it difficult for companies like mine to stay up to date.
