Review Five When it comes to Field Service Management, IFS Field Service Management is undoubtedly one of the best solutions available. With user-friendly features and a range of helpful services, IFS makes organizing and managing field operations much simpler. On the negative side, however, I have found their customer service to be somewhat inconsistent. At times, they have been quite helpful, but on other occasions, they have been slow to respond or unhelpful in resolving issues. This can be an issue when attempting to troubleshoot problems and needs to be improved. Related to this, the innovation of IFS Field Service Management is also an area for improvement. While the program does contain some useful futuristic solutions, some of the services could use a little more work. For example, their Predictive Maintenance service is still quite basic compared to some other providers. All in all, IFS Field Service Management is a great program for organizing and managing field operations. However, there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer service and innovation if the program is to stay ahead of the competition. Rating: 7.5/10

Review on IFSs Field Service Management Offerings -5 I have been in the service industry for over two decades and I must give a shoutout to IFSs Field Service Management packages. From the get go, I was absolutely mesmerized by the overall innovation of the product. The use of the latest technologies such as IoT, Augmented Reality and AI have been a boon for the service industry, allowing for the customer experience to exceed expectations at every turn. Interoperability and integration between different systems also worked well. The ease of customer experience when it comes to Point of Sale setups to inventory management was simply unbeatable. To conclude, I wholeheartedly give IFSs Field Service Management a 5 Star review.

2. We recently relied on IFS Field Service Management Offering to manage customer service requests and customer related activities at our firm and we are quite content with the results. The product features are quite cutting edge and have intuitive design layouts. The product vision and futuristic use cases have enabled us to handle unforeseen customer service cases with ease, something which we have valued immensely. The features included within the Field Service Management Offering from IFS include all the customer related data and the tracking of the employee in the field with access to geo-location tracking, efficient payment processing and even job scheduling. Each of these features have worked quite seamlessly and they have automated customer management processes significantly. The customer service network incorporated within the offering is top notch and it has enabled us to assure collaboration between our resources and customer service help. On top of that the standardized reporting within the system has allowed us to keep track of our progress and customer service rate in a better way. I recently had the opportunity to work with IFS to implement their Field Service Management products as a supplier partner. My experience has been exceptional from the get go, starting from the customer service. Right from the initial stages of engagement, their customer service team had been responsive and helpful. Even when I had doubts about certain features, they had comprehensive answers that simplified the process and addressed my concerns, solving any related issues I had. I have been extremely pleased with the platforms functions and capabilities when it comes to field service management. It comes in handy when it comes to tracking inventory, managing workforce and tracking costs. The simplicity of the whole set up makes it very convenient to use, saving time and allowing me to focus on other processes. Additionally, its integrations with IoT are useful in the context of the rising trend in the Digitalization of Field Services. All in all, Im extremely satisfied with their products, customer service and their ability to keep up with trending technologies. I would highly recommend IFS to anyone who is considering a Field Service Management system. 5 stars!

Being able to capture accurate data with IFSs Field Service Management options has been a huge benefit. Being able to track expenses and utilization in real-time has enabled us to make well-informed decisions that have improved efficiency and boosted revenues. Additionally, automation of processes has taken technician time from managing paper records to performing hands-on tasks. The cost to break even on the investment was speedy, and now that were up and running we havent experienced any license fees or hidden costs. The user interface of IFS was easy to use and was highly intuitive, allowing my team to quickly learn how to use the system. Furthermore, the design was modern and simple, which made the process of setting up jobs and performing tasks easier and faster for my technicians. The system is also highly flexible as I was able to customize it to fit my needs. I could easily manage job types, scheduling, individual job statuses, and many other features. It became easier for my technicians to come up with faster solutions, knowing that they could access the right information quickly. IFS gets a rating of 9 out of 10 from me. I chose the IFS Field Service Management solutions for my organizations customer service needs and we have been using it for about two months now. Overall, it has not been a satisfying experience for our customer success team. As a Woman Leader in Customer Success, I rate IFSs solutions 2 out of 5 stars due to its various shortcomings. First, referring to ease of use, the software is complex and very bugged. Its filled with too many bugs and due to its various complexities, it wastes a lot of our customer success representatives time trying to figure out how the program works. It has also been difficult for them to flawlessly complete customer service tasks such as scheduling, order tracking and invoicing, which should be effortless given the context. Second, regarding the interoperability and integration, I have to give IFS an even lower score. The integration features of this software are really poor, as most of the other solutions used by our customer success team dont integrate well with IFSs Field Service Management solutions. We have been constantly facing syncing problems, which has led to data losses and data overloading. Moreover, it requires our customer success representatives to spend an inordinate amount of time manually transferring and updating information between services. Overall, I highly suggest that companies with customer success requirements should avoid using IFSs Field Service Management solutions. I rate this service 2 out of 5 stars due to its various shortcomings in terms of ease of use, interoperability and integration.

IFS Review #4 IFS is an excellent Field Service Management that Ive used for a few years now. 3 IFSs Field Service Management offering has been an extremely valuable asset for our organization. I am pleased with the comprehensive set of features and intuitive user interface, which makes the software easy to use and understand. The analytics have allowed us to gain greater insight into our operations, providing us with the ability to make informed decisions. The automated functions designed for scheduling activities, preventive maintenance and asset tracking provide us with the capacity to free up valuable man-hours, allowing us to make the most of our available resources. Situations can now be resolved quickly with the help of the maintenance and repair modules. That said, I find the reporting component to be a bit cumbersome and limited in its scope, often failing to provide actionable insights. The asset library too is a bit limited and I find it hard to source specific assets. I also find the integration with other applications to be a bit slow and could do with improvement. All in all, I would rate IFSs Field Service Management offering at 7.5 out of 10. The available features are extensive and the customer service is good, making it an ideal choice for managing service operations.

For example, I have found the reporting somewhat limited and not particularly helpful, as it fails to provide comprehensive information. Also, the integration process with other applications can be slow, making it a bit tedious to set up. I would overall rate IFSs Field Service Management offering at 8 out of 10. The features provided, the customer service, and the opportunity for future expansion are all great, making this an ideal choice for service operations.

However, there have been a few shortcomings here and there with this program, which dampens my opinion of it slightly. The main problem I have with IFS is their customer service. According to my experiences, their customer service is often slow to respond, and their responses are often unhelpful. This has been an issue when attempting to troubleshoot any issues I have had with the program, as it has turned out to be more trouble than its worth. In terms of innovation, I would also be critical of IFS. While they have certainly been trying to provide new and interesting services, I dont think they have been quite as successful as other providers. This was especially evident with the introduction of the ‘Predictive Maintenance service, which I found to be quite basic. Overall, IFS Field Service Management is not a bad option, but there is certainly room for improvement in certain areas. It was a breeze to migrate data from those applications, with everything setup without a hitch. That said, the performance level could be improved, as users sometimes experience slow loading. All in all, I give IFSs field service management a 9/10 for its interoperability and integration. Ease of use is another great feature of IFSs software. Everyone in our organization is able to quickly get to grips with the software, and manage our workloads efficiently. With an intuitive and user-friendly interface, the softwares comprehensive structure lets us easily access the information we need. Reports and analytics can also be quickly accessed and shared with other teams. On the downside, we have experienced occasional bugs, but these were resolved quickly. All in all, Id rate IFSs field service management a 8.5/10 for its ease of use. Overall, IFSs field service management has been a great asset to our company. We enjoy the flexibility and reliability of the software, which makes it easier to complete tasks safely and efficiently. IFS Field Service Management Review #3 (3/5) Ive used IFS for the last few months and Im not entirely impressed. It works well enough, but I have some major gripes with the product vision, features, and customer service. The product vision of IFS is drastically lacking. They make periodic updates to the system, but most of them feel like patchwork solutions or suggestions from other software. It feels like the system is being built on the fly rather than with a strategy in mind. The system does have a few good features, like the job scheduling tool. But overall it feels like the features are scattered, random, and dont really provide me with enough of a solution to my problems. Customer service is a mixed bag. Theyre friendly enough, but it felt like most of my issues were put on the back burner despite my pressing them to hurry up and solve them. I eventually did get the solutions I need, but it was quite a struggle. Overall, IFS is a passable field service management system, but only just. There are better ones out there that work better and have the features and vision that are missing here.

IFS Field Service Management Review #4 (2.5/5) I recently started using IFS and basically, Im not impressed. Its a below-average system, plagued by muddled product vision, mediocre features, and unreliable customer service. The product vision is severely lacking. They make frequent updates to the system, but these often feel like desperate attempts to patch up a broken system and dont really provide any solutions. Its missing an intelligent strategy which makes the system difficult and annoying to use. The features arent great either. The job scheduling tool is helpful, but the asset tracking module feels clunky and inefficient. The predictive AI is interesting, but its not really intelligent enough to help me out. Customer service is nothing special either. The support team is friendly enough, but too often I find myself waiting weeks for them to address my issues with no progress being made. Overall, Im pretty unhappy with IFS. Its not a terrible system, but there are a lot of better alternatives that have the features and vision that IFS lacks.

I found the powerful analytics very useful, as they provide real-time visibility into performance and allowed us to adjust our strategy accordingly. Additionally, the automated workflow enabled us to effectively allocate work to our staff, ensuring that no jobs went unmatched or forgotten. Although the software was extremely user-friendly, I found that it lacked some of the more advanced features that other solutions offer. As a Senior Manager, Id like to be able to customize the look and feel of the platform to better meet my teams requirements. Additionally, I found that the value for money was not really up to par with those solutions, as it had a noticeable higher cost. Overall I am reasonably pleased with the IFS Field Service Management platform. The ease of use and ability to quickly learn the system make it worth considering for organizations of any size. The customer service team is always available to help and open to suggestions from my engineering team. They are always happy to answer the weirdest of questions, which we have had plenty. This is a big plus for me, since great customer service is essential for success in any company. The cost of ownership for IFSs services is very fair and affordable. We use yet another solution for different services, and the cost for IFSs offerings is significantly lower than that of the other product. It is a great feeling to know that I am paying for a quality product at an affordable price. Overall, IFSs Field Service Management offerings show the true mark of a quality product. In terms of ease of use, IFSs FSM is one of the best that Ive used. Everything is clearly laid out and easy to understand. Attempts to get assistance with system set up often went unanswered or pushed back due to lack of resources or knowledge. IFS Field Service Management Review #2 (3.5/5) I recently started using IFS for my field service management needs and overall Im quite pleased. It runs smoothly, the UI is easy to learn, and the features are comprehensive. There are some areas where I feel like it could improve, however. The product vision is quite muddled. Oftentimes, the updates and features they release have little rhyme or reason, and there doesnt seem to be any kind of cohesive strategy driving them. That makes it very difficult to use since youre never quite sure what youll get when you upgrade. The features themselves are better, but still not great. The predictive AI is promising but it often feels like its second-guessing me rather than helping me out. And I find the asset tracking module a bit clunky and cumbersome to use. Customer service is on point however. Whenever I have a question or issue, the support team is there to help me out. Theyre always friendly and knowledgeable, so Im grateful for that. Overall, Im content with IFS. It can be useful in the right situation and its helpful having the customer service. But ultimately its not the most intuitive system and Id keep looking if youre looking for something comprehensive.

Although the product requires a considerable investment, it is worth it for the many features that it provides. For example, it organizes and streamlines our task management process significantly by making it easy to access, assign, follow-up and close job orders. As a result, technicians are able to use the functionalities such as automated scheduling, streamlined monitoring, on-demand stock and inventory, tailored customer payment plans, and reporting among others. Product Features: My experience with the product features was subpar. The software lacked features that I had expected to be included, and was slow to respond. In addition, it required lengthy and complicated implementations to get up and running. I found the system difficult to use and therefore cannot recommend IFS and give it a rating of 3/10. Customer Service: The customer service team was responsive but not to a satisfactory level. Attempts to get assistance with system set up often went unanswered or pushed back due to lack of resources or knowledge. I was given outdated information and was unable to find the help I needed to get the system up and running. I give the customer service team a rating of 5/10.

Features such as mobile app integration and GPS tracking, AI-based system integration, customizable toolkits and more, have enabled us to have greater control over our services. The collaboration features also give us insight on assign tasks and respond to issues efficiently. On top of all this, the team supporting us have being generous and helping us out with any queries we have had. Their support has mitigated the time it took to start using the software and their staff was very professional in helping us with our use-case. IFS Field Service Management Review #1 (4/5) Ive been in the field service management industry for 30 years now, and Ive seen a few different industry management solutions. But I recently switched to IFS and have been very impressed with how easy it is to use, and how powerful the features are for carrying out my job. The product vision of the IFS system really stands out, as it was designed with an eye towards the future. Its not stuck in the past like some of the systems Ive used. They regularly release new features and updates, so you know your system will stay up to date. And the features are great, too. Tools like job scheduling, asset tracking and predictive AI help me get my job done quicker and easier, and I love that I can access the system on my tablet or phone. The customer service is great too. The support team is friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to answer my questions. I have yet to encounter an issue that they werent able to help me with. Im very happy with how IFS has made my life easier and allowed me to devote more time to actually providing field service. I would definitely recommend it to my colleagues looking for a field service management system.

They even followed up with me regarding the progress of my project. This level of service has been much appreciated and a pleasant surprise. Apart from their customer service, IFS Field Service Management solution offers a lot of features that expand upon the capabilities of my existing systems. IFSs Field Service Management #3 I have been using IFSs Field Service Management for the past few months and I have to admit that Im impressed with its performance. The setup process was smooth and the user interface very intuitive. The customer service team was also very helpful and dedicated, providing me with detailed answers to any questions I had. The features that IFS provides are also very useful. I have to say that I was impressed with the real-time monitoring options for both field technicians and customers. The iCloud and mobile applications also make it easy to keep track of everything thats occurring on the field in real-time. Additionally, the customer service team has been great. They are always there to help with any FSM related issues. They are knowledgeable and quick to respond, providing me with detailed solutions to any of my questions or problems. My requests for assistance were often unanswered or pushed back due to lack of resources or knowledge. From the point of view of being a conglomerate, the software has allowed us to efficiently manage our resources and prioritize tasks. The data that is available post-analysis also remains structured and updated as per the latest user trends, which is quite impressive. It would be reasonable to give it an 8/10 in terms of product vision. The integration of features on the IFS product is extensive and zeroes in on the need of the customer. The tools and processes used for managing obligations effectively is quite powerful and the customizability of the service based on the nuances of the transaction has been a game changer for our processes. I would rate this segment as 9/10. To conclude, IFS used as Field Service Management is a robust platform with a well thought out product vision. The ease of use and integrated features have made it our favorite tool for managing operations within our business unit. 3 Ive been using IFS Field Service Management for a few months now and Im very impressed with how it helps to manage our operations. The greatest thing about IFS is that it provides an intuitive, easy to use interface with no need for any significant training. My technicians are up and running after a few hours of use. The cost of IFS is also quite reasonable and I feel like Im getting great value for money. It has some great features such as map-based routing (which is our favorite), job costing (we are able to save a lot of cash by accurately tracking time and material costs) and its excellent reporting capabilities. All in all Im very pleased with IFS and the results its brought to my engineering team. Id happily rate it 8.5/10.

Infor has kept up well with the ever-changing demands of the service industry by providing us with a wide range of features. From automated scheduling, to tailored customer payment plans, and easy job assignation, monitoring and closure, IFSs features have put us at a significant advantage. However, despite the numerous bonuses that come with IFS, its hefty price tag is not insignificant. I can still confidently say that it provides good value for money at an 8 out of 10 rating.

IFS offers a comprehensive suite of products that enable complete digitization of paperwork and provide a centralized platform for communication, asset management, and resource utilization. Through their Field Service Management offering, I can effortlessly manage service jobs and personnel with advanced filters, sophisticated criteria lists, and an advanced search capabilities that simplify my job. The crème de la crème of the service is their ‘Dispatch feature that allows me to schedule and deploy technicians accordingly. The user interface has a pleasant design and the features are added up in the form of Widgets that can be successively earmarked. If the user chooses to use their ‘Mobile Workforceâ€ setting they will be able to access their Field Service Management anytime, anywhere on any device. Whats more, they have an impressive asset configuration library that allows me to monitor my systems and detect potential failures. In my opinion, IFSs Field Service Management offering have come a long way to provide reliable solutions for Procurement Managers. I rate the ease of use 8/10 and the ability to support future use cases a 9/10.

Review Two As I have been using IFS Field Service Management for some time now, I have to say that I am very impressed with it. Not only does this program have an attractive and easy-to-use user interface, but it also offers a range of innovative features that make the process of managing field service operations more efficient. For example, IFS provides both GPS tracking capabilities and a customizable directive list that allow us to keep better tabs on our technicians and equipment. This has been incredibly useful, as we can now quickly identify any issues with staff or machinery in the field, as well as track their movements, saving us time and stress. Whats more, they have also recently implemented a new service called ‘Predictive Maintenance, which provides customers with a predicted maintenance plan to stay ahead of breakages and avoid significant downtime. This is an incredible milestone in terms of innovation, as it helps to provide customers with a better service while also helping us to save money. To sum up, the IFS Field Service Management is a quality program that offers a wide range of benefits. IFS Field Service Management Review #5 (2/5) Ive been using IFS for the last few months and Im not impressed. The product vision, features, and customer service leave a lot to be desired. The product vision is haphazard and unfocused. They release frequent updates, but they dont seem to have any sort of strategy driving them. And a lot of the updates feel rushed and incomplete, so youre never quite sure if its a reliable system or not. The features arent great either. The job scheduling tool is helpful, but the asset tracking module is clunky and inefficient. And their predictive AI is interesting but not really up to par. Customer service isnt great either. The support team is friendly enough, but I often find myself waiting weeks for them to address my issues with no progress being made. All in all, Im not too pleased with IFS. It does the job well enough, but there are much better field service management solutions out there.

On top of that, the customer service I received was top-notch! All my issues were attended to quickly and I always got responses with clear explanations. This was a pleasant surprise after past experiences with customer services that lacked basic knowledge. The IFS platform itself is so intuitive that it required minimal training for me and my staff. The main feature is its ease of use and accessibility. I can access real-time data, action plans, maintenance schedules, etc. The system also allows control over inventory and workforce assignments - minimizing operational inefficiencies. Traditional concepts such as managing costs are now easily achievable through IFS. As a bonus, IFS also works with the current trends in digitalizing field service. Review 1: IFS is Field Service Management that I have been using for my small business for some time now and Im not entirely impressed. While the software does tout many features such as task routing and management, customer notifications and interactive customer portals, it falls short when it comes to ease of use. The user interface can be confusing and clumsy to navigate and integration with other software can be a bit of a challenge. Moreover, the customer support offered is far from adequate and the software can be prone to bugs. In terms of value for money, it isnt the best choice either, despite there being cheaper alternatives available, which offer better features and ease of use. Overall, Id rate IFS 2 stars out of 5 when it comes to ease of use and value for money.

Product Vision: IFS is a comprehensive Field Service Management with a good vision. The software provides users with the tools they need to easily manage their operations. The product is however lacking in some areas; I found it difficult to customize the solution to fit my companys exact needs. Additionally, the software lacks features to support more complex business processes, such as invoicing and automated workflow management. I give the product vision a rating of 6/10. Product Features: I found the features lacking. The software is slow to respond, does not integrate well with existing systems and processes, and has limited features. As a customer success manager, I was tasked with getting a system up and running for our customers, only to find out that features were limited and the product was slow. Because of this, I cannot recommend IFS and give it a rating of 4/10. Customer Service: The customer service team was responsive, but not always to a satisfactory level. I often had trouble getting assistance with anything related to the system set up, including finding the help I needed to get things running. As such, I give the customer service team a rating of 4/10.

4 My organization uses IFSs Field Service Management offering and I have to say that I am largely pleased with the product. I find the user interface to be quite intuitive, making it easy enough to learn the software. The various tools available like asset register and scheduling functions enable us to keep service operations running smoothly and efficiently. The maintenance and repair functions save us a great deal of time, enabling us to quickly fix problems and send out efficient service technicians in the shortest amount of time. The analytics aspects of the product allow us to pinpoint areas in need of improvement, and also highlight potential opportunities for growth. However, I do have a few issues with the product. The reports generated by the software are often rather limited and in need of improvement. They could do with showing more detailed information which could ensure smarter decision making. The asset library could also do with more items to choose from. I would rate IFS Field Service Management at 7.5 out of 10. The customer service is exceptional and the features are comprehensive, making it an ideal choice for service operations.

It helps us manage our fleet of service vehicles, schedules appointments and routes technicians to locations efficiently. One of its best features is its map-based routing capabilities which helps us make sure that our technicians are dispatched to the right location and reach their destination on time. Weve also been able to cut down costs by utilizing its job costing features which helps us accurately track time, material and labour costs associated with servicing customers. Overall, I fee like IFS has been a great investment for our business. Its cost of ownership is quite reasonable and I feel like Im getting excellent value for money. Its user interface is very modern and intuitive, so my technicians dont need to do a lot of training for them to get up to speed.
