'Review #3: I recently tried out JOBBER’s Field Service Management offerings, and I was not pleased. The customer service was especially bad, so overall I give it a 1/5 stars. As an Asian middle-aged male buyer, I expected a more personalized experience, but the customer service reps seemed too eager to get off the phone. They couldn’t answer my technical questions and instead gave me generic emails with standard instructions. In terms of the product vision and features, I was disappointed. The features lack originality and interactivity. It seems that JOBBER is not making any effort to create an innovative, customized experience. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend JOBBER’s Field Service Management offerings to other buyers. 1/5 Stars.'

'1. JOBBER's Field Service Management Offering - [Rating: 3/5] I recently started using JOBBER's field service management tools and I have to say that the ease of use is not that great. The tutorial I found online was a bit confusing at times and I felt like I was missing out on some extra features. Even after searching around, I could not figure out how to customize the invoice template and the forms functions were a bit clunky. With regards to value for money, I think you can get some more comprehensive offerings from other providers that may only be slightly more expensive. I did find JOBBER's dashboard to be pretty straightforward and their invoicing feature was intuitive. All in all, the service is alright, but could be a lot better.'

As expected, they didn't let me down as they've continuously impressed me with their level of overall innovation and use of next-generation technology. I'd rate their innovation and technology 8/10 thanks to their great mobile application and real-time reporting capabilities. Furthermore, I've found that Jobber is relatively easy to use. The user interface is straightforward, which makes training up new users a breeze. On top of that, the Jobber support team is a real lifesaver, as they're always on hand to answer any inquiries. Thus far, I'd give Jobber 7/10 for ease of use. Overall, I would definitely recommend Jobber for organizations or businesses requiring a strong field service management offering. 'I've had JOBBER's Field Services Management software since just before the start of the year and you have to say the cost of ownership has been really high. It's like they just want to make sure my account stay active and continue to generate higher monthly payments. I've been using the software for managing my construction business and it does a good job but I'm not sure it's worth what I'm currently paying for it. There are also additional add-ons that I've had to purchase in order to even access basic features and I find that really inconvenient. The reality is that what looks like a good deal in the beginning can soon become really expensive. As for supporting the future use cases, I'm not sure how much JOBBER puts towards that. I'd like to see more research & development put in to ensure that their software can keep up with modern technology and account for future use cases. With the cost of ownership being so incredibly high, I give it 2 out of 5 stars.'

Next, I have to mention the reporting and history of my teams' activities. Jobber records detailed information on each job, task and employee, which I've found to be quite accurate. Having a history of my team's activities has allowed me to go back and assess where I may need to make changes or where I should focus my efforts in order to improve efficiency. Overall, I rate this 5/5. Jobber also has great automation features, making it easy to set up tasks and jobs, schedule team members and track progress remotely. That saves me a considerable amount of time, and I love how I can stay up to date on how my team is performing. I rate the automation features 4/5. Lastly, Jobber's customer support team is also exceptional. They provide quick answers to all of my queries, and the agents are knowledgeable and take the time to listen. They are always willing to provide me with the help and guidance I need. Customer service 5/5. Sure, they have some modern features like SMS alerts, but they don't have the more cutting-edge features that I need to stay competitive in my industry. It would be really helpful if they could support more futuristic use cases and offer features that allow us to automate our workflows and processes. As for the cost of ownership, it's still too high for me. Between the upfront cost, the additional add-ons, and the monthly subscription price, it can really add up! '1. Jobber Field Service Management has been great for my team. The UI is easy to use and intuitive. We recently used it to roll out a new service offering to our customers, and it was a great tool for both our employees and customers. It gave us a smooth transition while simultaneously providing the customer with a look into the services they have available to them. As far as customer service goes, the Jobber team is always very responsive and helpful. They provide useful support articles, timely responses to inquiries, and are always happy to answer any questions I may have. I also love that Jobber gets new updates frequently—they're constantly working to make their product better. 'I recently switched to JOBBER's Field Services Management software and I'm not overly impressed with what I've seen so far. It's not terrible, but there is definitely room for improvement in areas like cost of ownership and supporting futuristic use cases. On the cost of ownership front, I find it to be too expensive. They seem to like nickel and diming me with add-ons and additional charges. I find it really inconvenient and annoying, and it's one of the main reasons I'm reluctant to keep using the software. As for futuristic use cases, there doesn't seem to be much in the way of research and development here. They don't have a lot of modern features that I need to keep up with my competitors. For these reasons, I'm giving this an overall rating of 2 out of 5 stars.'

Overall, the ease of use is not that great and their value for money is not really worth it in my opinion.
