I recently implemented Verizon Connect Field Service Management to help streamline our resources. As an Engineering Manager, I needed a tool that would increase our productivity and help us save time and money. Im glad to report that Verizon Connect Field Service Management has exceeded expectations. The product vision is strong, and the features are tailored to our specific needs. Features such as job dispatching, GPS tracking, project scheduling, customer management and more have all been very helpful. Implementation was surprisingly easy, and integration with our existing systems worked without any problems. The cost of ownership is good too. Verizon Connect Field Service Management is an affordable solution, and Im grateful for being able to use a quality product at such a reasonable price. All in all, I recommend Verizon Connect Field Service Management to businesses that want to improve the efficiency and productivity of their teams and resources. Setting up jobs is extremely straightforward and the customer information is always secure and easily accessible. In addition, the automated dispatching saves us tons of time, as all the relevant customer information (such as appointment times, job descriptions, and location information) are sent right to the customer via email. Moreover, the mapping software integration makes it easy to access job locations quickly, so our techs never have to worry about getting lost. The real-time notifications also come in handy when it comes to emergency requests, making sure our jobs get done as soon as possible. Furthermore, it provides us with detailed reporting, which allows us to keep track of labor costs, expenses, and more. Im really pleased with Verizon Connect Field Service Management, and our team is finding it increasingly easier to use. I strongly recommend it for anyone looking for a comprehensive and reliable field service management solution. 4.5/5 stars!

As a supplier partner we have been using Verizon Connect as our Field Service Management for the past 3 years or so. We have nothing but positive sentiments to express of this solution. The product vision and various features have enabled us to gain greater insight into our field operations while providing a much improved customer experience. This in turn has allowed us to better plan and optimize our operations to reach unprecedented heights of efficiency. The AI capabilities have been particularly useful. Automated workflows, predictive scheduling and asset tracking are just a few examples. The platform is also incredibly stable and scalable, so theres been no fear of unexpected downtimes. I must also point out that in our experience the customer service staff at Verizon Connect are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. No matter how complicated our questions are, the staff always provide patient and useful solutions. Overall, I rate Verizon Connect 5 out 5 stars and I would happily recommend this software to anyone in the market for a great field service management system.

In my experience, I have found this system to be an effective tool for managing service operations. I particularly like the task scheduling and asset tracking features, as they enable me to manage my operations with greater efficiency. The product vision and features of Verizon Connect FSM are quite admirable. What really stands out for me is the fact that the software is highly integrable, allowing me to integrate third-party apps and systems for improved information gathering. Though, I find that there is a lack of user customization options, that does not change the fact that the product vision and features make up for it in a big way. Verizon Connect is a great Field Service Management that takes care of everything. As an industry vet for over 30 years, I have seen many solutions over the years but this one is the best. Its efficient and packed with tons of futuristic features. The autonomous units used by the software are quite useful. Maintenance and troubleshooting can be done in real-time while data can be gathered to optimize service needs. With the included tracking, I am always aware of where my vehicles are. I found that the user interface is also quite user friendly and my team quickly understands how to use the software with ease. I particularly enjoy the data reports feature as it helps take into account factors like customer feedback and efficiency. With this I am able to reduce cost and improve service efficiently. Plus, I am rest assured that I wont have to worry about hardware complexities as their customer support is always there for a back up. Verizon Connect is definitely worth the investment. This software has earned my trust and Im sure it will exceed expectations for anyone that uses it. Overall, a 5/5 rating from me!

Verizon Connect Review#1 - Ease of Use I recently took the time to evaluate Verizon Connect, which is a Field Service Management. As a Customer Success leader, I have to be sure that the tools I use are easy to use, so my first impressions of Verizon Connect were crucial. Overall, I must say that I was not impressed with the ease of use of the application. The user interface was very clunky and difficult to figure out. Additionally, the system wasnt intuitive and frequently crashed or crashed my computer when I tried to input data. The experience was incredibly frustrating, and it took me far longer to complete tasks than expected. I rate this aspect 2 out of 5 stars.

For my company, the fees we pay for the software are reasonable and align with the value we get out of the service. The features and capabilities are also quite robust. With its user-friendly interface, business intelligence solutions, and geolocation tracking, it helps streamline our processes and make our field operations more productive. The mobile app is also quite reliable and allows our technicians to navigate easily through job information while theyre on-the-go. That said, I do wish Verizon Connect could offer more options and flexibility in terms of cost planning. That would definitely be a welcomed improvement. Ive been using Verizon Connect for some time and I must say, its quite a powerful piece of software. The feature set is top-notch and its abilities to integrate with our other systems have been great. Furthermore, its analytics have been an invaluable asset to our team. That being said, its pricing model is quite steep and not very accessible to businesses of a smaller scale. It could benefit from considering packages better suited towards them. Furthermore, its feature set is a bit overwhelming and doesnt offer the same intuitive experience as some of its competitors. In terms of supporting future use cases, I think it has a ways to go. Other software options have made more significant strides in this area and Verizon Connect could benefit from taking a cue from them. All in all, I would rate Verizon Connect a 3/5. Its feature set and analytics are impressive, but its lack of support for some use cases and expensive pricing makes it difficult to recommend for many.

If youre a small business, Verizon Connect Field Service Management has been a great asset. The software provided a lot, including the ability to track assets and customer interactions in real time. On top of that, their IT solution has been top notch. The use of next generation technology has enabled us to increase our efficiency and improve customers response times. The templates for different customer profiles were also very useful. The AI, however, took some getting used to, but eventually became easy to manage. When it comes to customer service, the staff are very knowledgeable. However, some of their response times can be slow, which can of course delay the process. We have a record of our conversations with them, which helps us resolve any issues quicker. Overall, Id highly recommend this software to small businesses like ours. We have gotten a lot of value out of it. The innovation gets a 2.5/5, and the customer service receives a 4/5.

Im an engineering manager at a manufacturing firm thats been using Verizon Connects Field Service Management for about a year now. Im generally impressed by its interoperability and integration and how easy it is to allow all our departments to access information from the platform. We have a lot of departments that have to be connected via different types of software and to be able to have one platform to integrate it all is really helpful. With the advanced mapping and routing feature, we can also easily set up automated routes for our delivery teams and reduce their workload. Verizon Connect Field Service Management (VCSFMS) Review #4: Verizon Connects Field Service Management suite offered some great features that have made a positive impact on our business operations. The interoperability and integration capabilities have been a major plus and have given us better control over our customer data. The various integrations with salesforce analytics have been an incredible help and have vastly improved our customer experience. The next generation technologies offered with VCSFMS have also been great for our workflow and the cloud features certainly gave us the needed mobility for optimal efficiency. The mobile capabilities included with the suite made it much easier for us to access customer records and track customer interaction, with the companion app eliminating the need for paperwork. That being said, I find their offering a bit steep for smaller businesses. The cost may be a bit prohibitive and there are some features that could perhaps be decluttered. Additionally, I feel the system could use a few additional features for added operational efficiency. Given the various pros and cons, Ill give Verizon Connects Field Service Management offering a 7.5/10 rating.

Verizon Connect has been an inadequate solution for us. As an Engineering Manager, I need a software solution that is both user-friendly and reliable, and Verizon Connect fails in both regards. First of all, their customer service is abysmal. Ive had many issues, and the customer service team has struggled to help me. Ive had to handle everything on my own, and the process has been extremely frustrating. In addition, the ease of use is not great. Ive found the platform to be unwieldy and unintuitive. Finally, the customization and training materials are inadequate. Ive been unable to make the changes I need, and the training resources are outdated. Overall, I wouldnt recommend Verizon Connect. Their customer service and ease of use are both lacking, and the customization and training materials leave much to be desired. I would rate Verizon Connect a 2/10.

The ability to integrate with other systems and power a wide variety of processes has been very helpful in streamlining my teams workflow. The system is easy enough to use that even my least tech-savvy employees can use the system with minimal training. That said, there is still work to be done in terms of interoperability and integration. While there are many tools available, they do not always communicate with each other as one would hope. This lack of compatibility can lead to a lack of efficiency and can make the process more difficult than it needs to be. That being said, I believe that using Verizon Connects Field Service Management offerings can help any business increase their productivity and reduce their overhead costs. It may take some time to learn the system and to find the best integrations but the investment should be worth it in the long run.

We were able to update data in real-time, create custom forms and dashboards, and access data from anywhere thanks to the cloud features. The mobile capabilities made it far easier to access customer records from anywhere and anytime. Verification of customer details prior to the start of tasks was much easier and could be done in a fraction of the time thanks to the mobile capabilities. The companion app also allowed our employees to stay on top of their tasks and get each job done quickly and efficiently. In a world of ever-evolving customer service needs, VCSFMS offers a comprehensive suite of features and functionalities that are ideal for a business of any size. They provided us with the tools needed to better manage customer data and improve customer experience, which is why Im giving it overall a 7.5/10 rating.

Verizon Connects Field Service Management system is quite impressive. The analytics alone are worth the investment, way more than what my fleet of technicians actually needs. The ability to manage and monitor many aspects of the system easily is unparalleled and the asset-tracking technology they provide is second to none. The fact that all of this is available from a single installation point makes using it even more convenient. Given the top-of-the-line features, I was expecting a much higher price tag, but Verizon Connect has done a great job keeping the cost down and making it a very worthy investment. Value for money-wise, Im more than happy. The system is also a clear winner in the innovation category. It brings together next-level features and technologies such as their omni-channel feature, mobile app, and mapping tools, using the latest in FSM technology. Rating 8/10.

In addition, the customer service staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, willing to answer any of my questions right away. Verizon Connect also provides great support for ongoing deployments. The instant deployment feature, for example, proved to be extremely useful; I could easily deploy a variety of new features with just a few clicks. We have found great success with task automation, allowing us to save time and resources while providing better service. Customer engagement is also increased with reporting tools that can identify trends and customer needs quickly, and invoicing automation further helps the bottom line. Its easy to use, and has all the features I need for managing my customers field service data. From scheduling to job completion tracking to invoicing, its all conveniently located in the same app. However, Im not as impressed with the product reliability. Ive had quite a few crashes in the past couple of weeks, so Ive had to waste time restarting. This could be a big issue if I had an important customer in a time crunch. Thankfully, Verizon Connects Field Service Management offerings delivered yet again. The suite is really easy to use, with a great interface and tons of features that are integrated directly with our existing system. Scheduling, dispatching and invoicing services can all be done in a few clicks and with no technical know-how required. This caused some major delays, which could have been avoided had the customer service been smoother. But like I said, other times we experienced good service. So in conclusion, Id highly recommend this software to other small businesses. The integration of innovative technology may be intimidating at first, but Im sure youll quickly get the hang of it. The support team is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to resolve our queries quickly. My only feedback would be that the reporting capabilities could be further improved, as it is still quite limited. While their reporting could do with improvement, I would rate Verizon Connect 4.75 stars out of 5. Ive used Verizon Connect for a few years now and I must say that it is an impressive piece of software. Its incredibly powerful and its ability to integrate with our other systems was great. The real-time analytics provided were very helpful and our entire team had complete visibility into operations. However, I would like to mention that due to its complex feature set, it is not the most user-friendly. Furthermore, its pricing model isnt especially well suited for smaller businesses as the different packages can get quite expensive. I understand that this is a software for larger companies, but I think that it could do a better job of supporting the use cases needed by small and medium-sized businesses. It could also look into providing more cost-effective packages for customers who dont need the full set of features. Overall, I would rate Verizon Connect a 3/5. Its feature set and integration capabilities are excellent, but its pricing and lack of support for the use cases of small businesses can make it more of a luxury than a necessity.

The interoperability and integration aspect of their service is also subpar. Connecting with other software is a hassle. Even after connecting, the data does not sync properly and I often find myself wasting precious time trying to make it all work. Other times, Ill find that the parameters are incompatible, leading to further dissatisfaction. Overall, Verizon Connects Field Service Management has failed to meet my expectations as a supplier partner. Their customer service and interoperability and integration is severely lacking the quality I expect from one of the biggest field service management companies.

The ability to efficiently manage customer databases and inventory, interact with customers reliably and easily track customer locations, were all efficient and helpful. Though, there are a few automated features that could be a bit slow and could use some improvements here and there. The customer service is unreliable, the ease of use is lacking, the customization options are limited, and the training material is inadequate. Their customer service is non-existent. Every time Ive needed to contact them, the customer service team has been unhelpful and unresponsive. Ive yet to have one of my queries resolved, which has been incredibly frustrating. In addition, the ease of use is complicated and extremely inconvenient. Ive spent a lot of extra time trying to find the features I need, as the interface isnt very well-designed. Furthermore, the customization options are limited, and the training materials are difficult to use and outdated. Overall, I wouldnt recommend Verizon Connect for field service management. Their customer service and ease of use are both lacking, and the customization and training materials leave much to be desired. I would rate Verizon Connect a 1/10.

Their mobile and desktop versions are both incredibly intuitive and user-friendly, allowing for easy access from anywhere. We find their customer service to be helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever we reach out, our queries are answered promptly, which helps us resolve issues quickly. We have also noticed some additional robust features such as AI-based routing, predictive analytics, and end-to-end visibility; all of which have greatly improved the overall user experience. The only problem we have experienced is that the user interface is a bit outdated now, and could do with a redesign. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. However, there are a few drawbacks that I would like to discuss in this review. Rating: 3/5 Cost of ownership: Considering the price and cost of ownership, I would rate it 2/5. You may get the service at an economical price, but the cost of implementation and maintenance is a wee bit expensive in the long run. Overall Innovation: A 4/5 rating is due here. The field service management offerings use next generation technology like real-time data recorders, location trackers and AI-based analytics to let us stay on top of the game. Use of next generation technology: 4/5. While it does use the latest tech-savvy equipment, theres still room for improvement in the interface. Plus, the software does have some compatibility issues with Mac devices, which limits the usage for half of the worlds population. The feature to customize the plan according to ones own needs (doesnt come free, obviously) is commendable. I would say its a nice feature to have, but its just not up to the mark.

It offers so many features in an easy to use interface, making it a great choice for any team looking for a reliable field service management solution. The customer management system is comprehensive and secure and offers extensive customer information storage capabilities. In addition, the scheduling screen provides us with a graphical representation of whats going on, enabling us to assign tasks to techs quickly and accurately. The map integration is also a great addition, allowing us to easily access job locations and get our techs to their destination faster. Not to mention, the mobile app is fantastic, providing our techs with job information that can be viewed, recorded and taken care of, even without an internet connection. All these great features make it our go-to choice when it comes to managing field service operations. Overall, Im really happy with Verizon Connect Field Service Management. Review 2 Verizon Connects Field Service Management offering is good for a few specific use cases, but its overall performance falls short. Its module for tracking work orders is very clunky, with a steep learning curve for new technicians. And the interface for technicians to update work order statuses is once again too complex for field service technicians to quickly adapt to. Additionally, the tracking of customer data is difficult, and more often than not has to be handled manually. We also had an issue with our local tech support personnel, who werent always able to adequately address our inquiries. Verizon Connects Field Service Management is alright for certain use cases, but its overall performance is lackluster. Rating: 6/10

Verizon Connect Field Service Management (VCSFMS) Review #3: Verizon Connects Field Service Management offering has been a great addition to our business operations. The suite offers some great capabilities such as compatibility with other applications and services for easier importing and exporting of data. The various integrations available have been a great help, with salesforce analytics making customer service a far easier task. The use of next generation technology has certainly made a difference in our workflow. We now have access to custom forms and dashboards, cloud storage, and much more. Id also like to mention that their mobile capabilities have been a great help to us, allowing us to access customer records from anywhere and eliminating the need of paperwork. Despite its features, I find VCSFMS a bit too pricey for my liking. I understand that their offering is great, but for smaller businesses the cost may prove to be a bit of an issue. I also feel that there are some features that are perhaps a bit excessive for our needs, which could be streamlined for better efficiency. Overall, Ill give Verizon Connects Field Service Management suite a 7/10 rating. The features and functionalities are great, however, the cost may be prohibitive for some businesses and some of the features could be decluttered.

#Review 1 Having had the chance to use Verizon Connects Field Service Management offering, I was pretty impressed. Their product innovation has been fantastic. It truly simplifies the process of managing a field service team. Where I used to manually track team locations and conversations, now I can do so electronically. I appreciate the use of geofencing to ensure key milestones are met when out in the field. The use cases associated with this software have been incredibly helpful. Ive been able to define custom data frames to easily manage scheduling and dispatch from one central hub. In addition to having up to date information with customer histories and insights available at my fingertips, enabling me to better manage customer expectations. All in all I would definitely rate the Field Service Management offering 5/5 stars. It has made a tremendous impact on both our teams efficiency and effectiveness.

What I found to be most beneficial is the softwares ability to make my teams Field Service Management needs easier to manage. The software has a wide variety of functionalities that are both comprehensive and user-friendly! Weve been able to easily track our team in the field, assign tasks, and get real-time updates on the teams progress. This has been a huge advantage for us, and has allowed us to significantly improve the efficiency of our day-to-day operations. In addition, Ive found their customer service to be excellent! Weve had no issues whatsoever and Im very pleased with the quick resolution of any queries weve had. Furthermore, the integration of customer service operations into the same platform as our field service operations also makes things much more efficient. The overall experience was excellent; the service is reliable, robust, and intuitive, and deployment was a breeze. The user experience was surprisingly fast and smooth, with no technical problems or glitches disrupting daily operations. The customer support staff was outstanding as well; they were very responsive and willing to answer any of my questions right away. The deployment support was also great. I could deploy new features effortlessly with the instant deployment feature and monitor usage and performance with a comprehensive analytics dashboard. This gave me more visibility into the system and helped me keep track of progress and ensure everything was running smoothly. Verizon Connect Field Service Management: Supplier Partner Review Rating: 2/5 As a supplier partner of Verizon Connects Field Service Management offerings, I am deeply unsatisfied with the experience so far. Their customer service leaves much to be desired, with most queries going unanswered and when they are answered, the response rate is so slow that it often leads to lost business opportunities. As for their customer service reps, they are not always knowledgeable and helpful, which makes it more difficult for me to get the support I need. The interoperability and integration is another cause for concern. Connecting two applications is a hassle and Ive had plenty of headaches trying to make it work properly. Even when I do get the applications to connect, the data does not sync properly and Im left with duplicate entries and missing information. All in all, my experience with Verizon Connects Field Service Management as a supplier partner has been very negative. Their customer service and interoperability and integration are far from satisfactory for a company of their size in the field service management industry.

The interoperability and integration features included with the system make it easy to keep track of my field operations data, and the analytics are useful for monitoring and planning. I appreciate that the cost is still reasonable, even if the system isnt perfect. I have had a few minor issues with occasional glitches, but I feel like the reliability and stability has increased over time. My biggest complaint is that the user interface is not very intuitive and could be easier to understand. With a little effort, I believe the usability could be improved. Among them is Verizon Connects Field Service Management software, which appears to have a vision for the future and has some really useful features. Starting with cost of ownership, I was pleasantly surprised with the low-cost solution that they provided. Setting up took only a few days and I found their features to be flexible and customisable. In comparison to other software, the cost of ownership with Verizon was quite affordable and easy to manage. The companys product vision is hopeful with their commitment to offering a plan for the future. They communicate openly on their strategies and their long-term plans for the product, so in return I was able to get a better idea on the needs of my organization. Product-wise, their features were quite desirable and I could definitely see the value that I would get out of them. But while being reliable and fast, they could still use some improvements in some of their automated features. Also, their features appear to be tailored to smaller firms and not to bigger ones. Verizon Connects Field Service Management software is innovative and Im very pleased with the cost of ownership, product vision and the product features. I rate them 4 out of 5.

This isnt too big of an issue for administrators and IT personnel, but for field technicians, its too difficult for them to quickly adapt to and make use of. We had previously experienced a lot of difficulties with our existing system and needed something more user-friendly and on-point. We found exactly that with this product. Our technicians were able to track their assignments in real time and with precision accuracy. The reporting features gave us valuable insight into spend and areas of improvement, and we were able to tailor our services accordingly. We also welcomed the addition of live streaming for field workers which enabled us to better account for workers in the field, and significantly reduce battery usage. While the implementation process was enough midly challenging at first, the customer representatives quickly got us up and running and we have been seeing excellent results ever since. Rating: 9/10

I have been using Verizon Connect for a few weeks now and am very impressed overall. The software has allowed us to organize our customer orders, dispatch technicians, and schedule jobs with ease. In addition, I have to say that the user interface is great and provides an enhanced experience, especially on the mobile version. Further, the customer service team has been outstanding. Whenever I reach out for assistance, I get a prompt response, which helps me resolve issues immediately. With regards to features, I find the Analytics and Reporting options incredibly useful. I get a great deal of visibility into my teams performance and can take more data-driven decisions. The only downside is that some features could be improved such as the invoicing, as it is not automated yet. Otherwise, this is a great product and I am very satisfied. I would rate Verizon Connect 4.5 stars out of 5. All in all, they have been a great partner and consistently provide excellent customer service and innovative solutions.

Verizon Connect: Ive been using Verizon Connect as Field Service Management for a few months now, and I can honestly say that Im not a happy customer. Its not a bad product, unfortunately, their customer service and ease of use are too low for me to continue using it. First off, their customer service is lacking. Ive had issues setting up Verizon Connect that Ive tried to resolve with the customer service team, but each time they were unhelpful and unresponsive. They have yet to solve any of my queries, and its become incredibly frustrating. I would rate their customer service a 2/10. Next, the ease of use is complicated. Ive found the platform confusing and unintuitive. There are too many rows and columns, and its difficult to find the features that I need. The interface isnt well-designed, so Ive had to spend a lot of extra time finding and using features. I would give the ease of use a 4/10. In addition, the customization is not great. While Ive been able to make some minor adjustments with the software, Ive been unable to make the changes that I need to get the job done. This is extremely unfortunate, and Ive been left with an inadequate software solution. I would rate the customization a 3/10. Finally, the training is inadequate for me and my staff. Verizon Connect does offer a few helpful tutorials and resources, but they are outdated and difficult to access. Even if I could access them, I dont think they would be very helpful. Id rate the training materials a 3/10. Overall, I would not recommend Verizon Connect as a Field Service Management. The customer service, ease of use, customization, and training are all lacking, and Ive been unable to make the most of the product. I would rate Verizon Connect a 2/10.

We have been using Verizon Connect for approximately 6 months now, and must say it has been an extremely positive experience for us. It has allowed us to improve our efficiency and streamline our order fulfillment and scheduling. The software is incredibly dynamic and adapts easily to our requirements. I find the dashboard to be hugely intuitive and the mobile app is even better, provides situational awareness and real-time updates; allowing our team to stay on top of operations no matter where they are. Customer service has also been a great experience so far. Our queries are always answered with utmost attention and empathy. Further, their team is always available and assists us with technical support in a timely manner. We have also noticed some progressive capabilities that they have incorporated into their platform such as AI-based routing and predictive analytics; showcasing the organisations commitment to driving innovation forward. The only downside would be that the reports are not highly customizable, although the standard reports are detailed and useful for us to track KPIs. However, I believe this is something Verizon Connect will improve on in the future. Verizon Connect deserves a rating of 4.5 stars out of 5 as it offers a range of exceptional features and customer service that have helped us to manage operations better. Review 1 Verizon Connects Field Service Management offering needs improvement as a VP of Engineering. The user interface is clunky, making it difficult to make changes quickly without significant complexity. Part of this is due to the lack of integration with outside software, including our custom-designed software. Furthermore, there is no API or other way to easily connect the Field Service Management system with our other software. The service also lacks a comprehensive reporting system with sufficient data export options. Setup times for new technicians are too long and drawn-out - it takes far too long just to get them up and running with the system. This is especially worrying considering the amount of time they need to be spending performing their duties. At this time, Verizon Connects Field Service Management offering leaves much to be desired. I would not recommend it for any field service operations. Rating: 2/10

Ive been an industry veteran for the past 20 years and was fortunate enough to have seen Verizon Connect transition to the top of Field Service Management vendors over the past few years. Ive had the opportunity to use the software for many of the larger companies Ive worked for, but its still too expensive for many businesses. The feature set is quite substantial and it has some of the most advanced tracking abilities on the market. Its great for customers who need to track orders, payroll, technicians, and inventory. However, I didnt see it as an especially suitable software for small businesses as many of its features are not as intuitive. Furthermore, future use cases could definitely use some updating. Verizon Connect can also become quite expensive if you choose to buy the more comprehensive package. I understand the need to offer many features, which can be beneficial to larger customers, but its price point puts it out of reach of many. I think you can get better value for your money by considering other software options. Many of them are more user-friendly and offer more straightforward pricing packages. Furthermore, you can get access to many of the same features as Verizon Connect, at a fraction of the cost. Overall, I would rate Verizon Connect a 3/5 due to its steep pricing and lack of innovation in some use cases. It may be good for larger companies that need all of its features, but for smaller businesses, there are more reasonably priced options that can do the job just as well.

Ive had to figure out everything on my own, and this has been extraordinarily frustrating. In addition, the ease of use is lacking. The platform is too complicated and not intuitively designed, and Ive had to spend a lot of extra time trying to find the features I need. Furthermore, the customization is limited, and the training material is outdated and difficult to access. Overall, I wouldnt recommend Verizon Connect for Field Service Management. Their customer service is the biggest issue, as any queries Ive had get no response or take an extremely long time to be answered. This impacts me greatly due to missed opportunities or time wasted waiting to get any kind of advice or help. I have also faced several issues with the customer service reps not being knowledgeable or resourceful enough. Moving on to interoperability and integration, it is no better than the quality of their customer service. Connecting two systems together is almost impossible due to compatibility issues, and even when I do manage to access the service, the data transfers are flawed and incomplete. This severely impacts me as I cannot get the full picture. All in all, I would not recommend Verizon Connects Field Service Management to anyone, let alone a supplier partner. The customer service and interoperability and integration features are drastically lacking and does not live up to the expectations from a big company in the field service management industry.

The product features of their Field Service Management software are desirable, though there is some room for improvement in terms of expanding functionality. While they achieved success in streamlining my operations, I felt that their features were better suited to smaller enterprises and not the larger firms. Additionally, of the automated features present, some of them could be a little slow and not as efficient as I would have expected. Overall, Verizon Connects Field Service Management software lives up to its promise and provides an effective cost effective solution and a helpful product vision. The team at Verizon Connect provide an excellent customer service, with short turnaround times and detailed information assuring correct usage of the product. Right from day one the team was there to explain the different features of the product, keeping us in the loop during the entire deployment period. They have a pressing customer service which caters promptly to whatever questions I may have. They explain complex concepts in laymans terms, which Im sure non-technical users would find extremely helpful. Once the product was deployed, the after sales support we have received has been fantastic. Our account manager is always available to walk us through whatever issues, answers all our questions without fail - which we have had a lot of due to the complexity of our product. I would rate their deployment support and after sales support offered by Verizon Connect a 7 out of 10. While they can certainly improve the response time to queries, they have given us all the support and guidance we need, assisting us in navigating through our account to suit our needs.

Verizon Connect Field Service Management (VCSFMS) Review #5: Ive been using Verizon Connects Field Service Management suite for a while now and I definitely have a few opinions on the matter. The interoperability and compatibility features have been great, allowing us to easily import and export customer data to simplify our workflow. Additionally, the various integrations available gave us access to features such as salesforce analytics for better customer service. The next generation technologies available with VCSFMS have been a great addition to our workflow. We could use custom forms and dashboards to manage customer data, and I must say the cloud storage offered was an impressive addition. The mobility it gave us was incredible and allowed us to stay connected to our customers at all times. The mobile capabilities included with the suite have been great as well. Customer records could be accessed easily and real-time verification of customer information was made much simpler. The companion app also allowed employees to stay on top of their tasks, saving us countless hours of time by eliminating the need of paperwork. All in all, I think VCSFMS is a great offering and it definitely deserves the 8/10 rating I give it. The features and functionalities are great, and if youre looking for a comprehensive suite of features ideal for customer data management then this is the solution for you.

The customer service team is unreliable, the ease of use is inadequate, and the customization and training materials lack quality. First and foremost, their customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Ive contacted the customer service team many times, and theyve yet to resolve anything that Ive needed help with. This has been incredibly frustrating and has caused a lot of delays in my work. Additionally, the ease of use is not great. Ive had a lot of trouble navigating the platform, as there are too many rows and columns, and the interface isnt very well-designed. Lastly, the customization options are limited, and the training materials are difficult to access and dated. All in all, I wouldnt recommend Verizon Connect for field service management. Their customer service and ease of use are both wanting, and the customization and training materials are lacking. I would rate Verizon Connect a 2/10.

In my experience, it is easy to get up and running and train my team, the interface is both intuitive and well-designed, and the mobile app is a great way to stay productive in the field - all of which earns the software top marks for ease of use. When it comes to innovation, this platform doesnt disappoint either. Its used some of the latest tech available and has dozens of tools to make data-mining and analytics a breeze. Plus there are plenty of integrations available so that I can set up automated triggers and get real-time updates. In short, the verdict is out: Verizon Connect is an extremely capable piece of software that can do virtually anything I need of it. Some of the standout features that I found most helpful were the ability to optimize route schedules and assign tasks quickly. Where Verizon Connects offering faltered a bit, however, was in the realm of user-friendliness. Dont get me wrong, I quickly learned how to use the product but I think it could still use some refinement in terms of user-interaction with the product. Verizon Connect provides an effective and cost-efficient Field Service Management that allows us to keep our field service operations organized and efficient. The fees we pay for the software are reasonable and, in my opinion, inline with the added value of the features and services. The mobile app works smoothly and makes managing our field operations even easier. The geolocation tracking, fleet tracking solutions, and business intelligence software can give us a significant competitive edge in the market. All in all, I would rate Verizon Connect 4 out of 5 for Cost of Ownership. The one downside in this area is that I wish there were added options for cost planning. Review 4 Ease of Use

Using Verizon Connect has been such a great experience for my customer success team. Cost of ownership: For a cost-effective service, the initial implementation is pricey and its maintenance is also a bit costly. So, 2/5 stars is what I would award here. Overall Innovation: It definitely utilizes the latest tech advances like AI-based analytics and so on. Thats why its a 4/5 score here. Use of next generation technology: While it does have few compatibility issues with Mac users, I would still give it 4/5 because of its real-time data recorders, location trackers and other next-gen tech-savvy solutions.

Being an IT Infrastructure manager, I find the software easy to use and navigate. It allows me to track my various field services and operations efficiently and in real-time. I have access to the online portal which can be used to keep track of the active jobs, weekly and monthly reports, customer reports and much more. Verizon Connect is a high-end piece of Field Service Management that offers many great features. Its real-time analytics and its ability to integrate with our other systems were invaluable. It was a great help to our entire team in terms of visibility and tracking. That being said, it falls short in a few areas. For one, its quite expensive. The different packages can become quite costly and its a barrier to entry for many businesses, especially smaller ones. Furthermore, its feature set makes it a bit cumbersome and not as intuitive for many non-technical users. It also lacks in terms of supporting future use cases, which can be seen in other software options. It would be great if Verizon Connect could update its software to better suit the needs of smaller businesses. Overall, I would rate Verizon Connect a 3/5. Its feature set and integration capabilities are great, but its hefty price tag and lack of support for some use cases can make it difficult to justify.

Verizon Connect is not the solution for us. As an Engineering Manager, I need a reliable and user-friendly software solution, but Verizon Connect fails to meet these requirements. First and foremost, their customer service team is unresponsive and unhelpful. Every time Ive had an issue, theyve been unable to help me, and this has been incredibly frustrating. In addition, the ease of use is lacking. Ive found the platform confusing and unintuitive, and its difficult to find the features that I need. Furthermore, the customization options are limited, and the training material is outdated and inadequate. Overall, I dont recommend Verizon Connect for field service management. Their customer service and ease of use are both lacking, and the customization and training materials leave much to be desired. I would rate Verizon Connect a 1/10.

First things first — the vision of their product is quite extraordinary. It demonstrated an in-depth understanding of what the company and its service engineers needed. Right from organizing the deployment of field technicians to optimisation of the available resources, the product seemed to be a great solution to our myriad concerns. Coming to the product features, the experience I had was quite satisfactory. The dashboard was user friendly, designed to provide a 360-degree view of the service teams. We were able to get accurate tracking of the customer feedback while automating our time tracking and dispatch. What I like the most was the customer service management feature — it allowed us to quickly respond to customer queries and thereby ensure customer satisfaction which was roughly at 90%. Furthermore, the product is futuristic and I believe in the near future, the company would be leveraging technologies such as artificial intelligence, internet of things and others. Their customer service team is quite proactive and always ready to help in case of any issues. In a nutshell, I am quite happy with Verizon Connects field service management offerings. Verizon Connect Field Service Management: Supplier Partner Review Rating: 0.5/5 I have had the misfortune of being a supplier partner working with Verizon Connects Field Service Management services, and am quite disappointed with their offerings. Their customer service is grossly deficient and inquiries are often ignored or take an unnecessary amount of time to be answered. This results in delays and potential losses. Also, the customer service reps are not always helpful and do not provide adequate solutions. The interoperability and integration aspect of their services is no better. Even after establishing a connection, the data transfers are full of faulty and incomplete information. This leads to a great amount of frustration and wasted time as I am trying to get the systems to sync properly. Overall, Verizon Connects Field Service Management does not provide the qualities I was expecting from such a big field service management company. Their customer service and interoperability and integration are inadequate and leave me disappointed as a supplier partner.

They have great interoperability features which allowed us to easily import and export customer data, allowing us to better manage our expanding customer base. The flexibility that VCSFMS brings to our operations has been undeniably impressive. Having access to the various integrations has been stellar, allowing us to join forces with other applications and services to ensure our customer experience is improved even further. For example, VCSFMS was integrated with salesforce and together they provided us with a comprehensive suite of features ideal for tracking and managing customer data. The next generation technologies offered have greatly improved our workflow. Our team was able to use features such as custom forms and dashboards to better organize customer data, and the cloud offering was a great addition to our workflow as well. We could seamlessly work with customer data on the go, as well as manage tasks remotely for ultimate efficiency. Weve also been loving the mobile capabilities. Adding locations to customer records and tracking customer interactions has been easier than ever before. The mobile companion app also allows our employees to stay up to date with their tasks, giving us countless hours of extra time by eliminating the need of complicated paperwork. The amount of detail mentioned in the guidelines was commendable and helped our team save time and resources. Still the process of installing and configuring the solution was time-consuming. Product Reliability: 2/5 Verizon Connect Field Service Management has been disappointing in terms of its reliability. I have experience data integrity issues, frequent system hang ups as well as slow processing which was an issue at times of peak usage. This has resulted in losses of time and money which could have been used for other purpose.

I recently evaluated the Verizon Connect Field Service Management offerings, and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend them. I found the user experience to be quite lacking. Simple tasks such as navigating to dashboards or generating reports took multiple steps and were quite clunky. The GUI has not been updated in a long time and as a result, it felt quite dated and disorienting. Additionally, I found the system to be unintuitive; I had to repeatedly consult the user manual in order to figure out what to do next. As a Senior Manager, this was an utter waste of time. I have been a customer of Verizon Connect for a while now and have been really impressed with the Field Service Management they provide. They have been committed to constantly innovating to make sure their software is top of the line. With features like replayable tracks, real-time fleet data, and even gamification, Im confident that were getting the most up-to-date technology. And the customer service team has been a huge help whenever I have needed assistance. Review #5 We recently implemented Verizon Connect to manage our Field Service and so far, we are happy with the result. The dashboard offers good metric tracking and the mobile capability is great for our remote workers. The data integration with our existing systems was also done seamlessly and with no issues. However, the customer service team could use a bit more training and education. They have been available when necessary, but their answers and explanations were generally very basic, not taking the time to educate us. Overall, I am satisfied with the Verizon Connect software and it has been a great asset to our company. The product vision is extremely clever. It showed me that they have considered all the important aspects while designing this product and they also clearly understand what a company needs. Moreover, what actually worked was the automated tracking and optimization of the field service engineers that we often struggled to do on our own. The product features were what impressed me the most. We were able to get an accurate view of customer feedback, dispatch of field engineers and clock-in/out times. Even though the customer service management feature was a little glitchy in the initial version, the team at Verizon Connect was extremely kind and they immediately fix the bug and made sure that it worked smoothly. Finally, the future of Verizon Connects field service management offerings looks quite compelling. With the help of advanced technologies such as AI, IoT and others, the product could further enhance the customer experience and create a better workplace for the employees. Integration with certain other software solutions has been tricky, with some of the integration protocols not working properly and needing to be fixed. I must appreciate Verizon Connects Field Services software because of its user friendly interface and powerful tools. All the operations and field services can be managed effortlessly with the use of this software. Reports can be created in easily with the various tools available in the software. The software has some great features such as geo-location. This helps me keep track of my field workers and help them with the job efficiently. I can also provide real-time updates about a job, and keep the customers informed about the progress of their job order. The cost of the software is also very reasonable. They certainly have invested a lot into their technology, with next generation tools being heavily utilized for the best results. That being said, customer service seemed to be a bit of a struggle point. That was unfortunate, as good customer service is a necessary part of any customer service business. The level of service I received didnt seem to be up-to-par, and although automated customer service loops are convenient, they were a bit too frequent. Overall, I give Verizon Connects Field Service Management 4/5 stars - the innovation and next-gen tech are great, but customer service can be improved upon.
