Review 1 - Cost of Ownership: Ive been using Ziniers Field Service Management offerings for the past several months and I am generally quite pleased with the cost of ownership. In my experience, their SaaS model has consistently proved to be an efficient, cost-effective solution for our company. Whether we want to pay month by month, or take advantage of their discounted annual plan, the team at Zinier are always willing to work with us to find the best fit. From a cost perspective, their overall pricing is highly competitive in the market, while their scalability allows us to add or remove services as needed. This is valuable, as it provides us greater flexibility to control our acquisition costs. Furthermore, they provided me with a comprehensive cost report to help me understand exactly where Im getting the most value out of their services. Although overall Im quite satisfied with Ziniers cost of ownership, I would be remiss if I didnt mention an area of improvement. The onboarding process was somewhat overwhelming and time consuming due to a lack of direction from the support team. That said, this issue was eventually resolved and clarified. Overall, I would rate the cost of ownership for Ziniers Field Service Management offerings an 8/10.

4. After using Ziniers Field Service Management for quite some time now, I must say that its one of the best platforms for on-field services. Its really easy to use, highly customizable and caters to both present and futuristic needs quite well. Moreover, the customer support team is always willing to help out with any issues or doubts. Im able to quickly generate detailed reports and track the progress of different job assignments. With Zinier, Im able to manage my job assignments efficiently and with ease. This was incredibly helpful for me. I was also incredibly pleased with the value for money that Zinier offers. The products and services are very affordable, and I was able to use the service to reduce costs in areas I hadnt been able to before. Overall, I rate my experience 4/5 stars. Ziniers FSM platform has integrations with leading ERP and CRM platforms, enabling customers to effectively track, manage, and optimize all their field service activities. However, customers need to manually set up the integrations. Furthermore, while it allows collaboration within teams, there is still little flexibility when it comes to external collaboration. Ease of use In terms of ease of use, the Ziniers Field Service Management is quite good. The navigation on the user interface is straightforward which makes it quite accessible for users to learn and use the FMS system. Additionally, the help desk services offered by the company ensure that the users gets enough support when it comes to troubleshooting if any issue arises. That being said, the lack of a mobile app means that it is difficult for users to access the system on a mobile device, which could be a hindrance for companies with mobile workforce. The best part is that Zinier has a great support team who is always available to help me with any kind of doubts I have about using the platform. Ive also been able to use Ziniers Field Service Management to create a more futuristic work environment. For example, Im able to use the artificial intelligence and machine learning features to automate tasks and different jobs which makes my life simpler and more efficient. Value for money My experience with Ziniers Field Service Management offering has been one of disappointment when it comes to value for money. Firstly, the cost of ownership appears to be high. For even the basic service layer, companies are asked to pay an upfront license fee which may be too much for organizations with limited budgets. Furthermore, the program does come with additional charges which adds up over time. This increases the total cost of ownership and hence it is not considered very cost effective. Also, on the value side, the program does not offer enough features. Even though it is a comprehensive FSM solution, the features are limited in terms of operation, reliability, and scalability. The core features do not seem to be secure and robust enough, which means that organizations face a risk of information getting deployed without sufficient controls. Overall, I would rate this solution as 2 out of 5 in terms of value for money.

The biggest plus point for me with using Zinier, however, was its ability to sync data from different sources and automatically optimize it with the help of AI. I loved the fact that the system can easily identify and predict service issues and run analytics reports from a single source. This is something that Id rate with 5/5 stars as it significantly reduces operational costs and time.

2. My experience with Ziniers interoperability and integration with our legacy system has been abysmal. There are just too many hoops to jump through in order to make them play nice with each other. Not only that, but the customer service team is nearly unresponsive which means when I run into a problem, it is not resolved quickly. And though the services are promise forward-thinking use cases, the actual implementation of it all leaves a lot to be desired. A rating of 1/5 stars.

Right from the get-go, the process of introducing the technology into our existing IT environment has been a positive one. We have seen vast improvements in the management of our physical assets and have been able to streamline our service cycles to meet customer demand in record time. Additionally, their use of next-gen technologies such as AI, predictive algorithms, and data representation have improved our on-site decision making greatly. Interoperability and integration with existing IT environment - 4/5 Ziniers interoperability and integration with our existing IT environment has been a positive process overall. We found the onboarding process to be relatively easy to manage and the software has been integrated into our existing systems quickly and efficiently. Having said that, we have encountered a few issues when it comes to integrating to more niche systems. Minor compatibility issues have caused us some hassle, but the Zinier team was on hand to help us get back up and running quickly.

The advertising and marketing for the product made it seem ideal for our needs. But after finally getting the systems to work together, weve found out that the claim of support for forward-thinking use cases is not true. Its intended focus is on supporting futuristic use cases, and I was looking forward to the technology being easily integrated with our legacy system. But that has proven not to be the case at all. Ive spent countless hours trying to make the systems work together, and when they do, theyre still either incredibly slow or buggy. Maintenance costs are unreasonable. They have a great small to mid-sized business offering that is fairly competitively priced. However, the most impressive element was their use of next generation technology. This enabled my employees in the field to have access to all the latest materials, and keep up to date with the newest trends in the field service industry. As a result of this, we were able to increase our efficiency and provide better services to our customers. I also found Zinier to be incredibly helpful in terms of value for money. We were able to cut costs significantly in areas we hadnt been able to before, and get a larger return on our investments. I would rate my experience with Zinier 4.5/5 stars. It was overall a great experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the field service industry.

We were expecting the transition to be relatively smooth, however, minor compatibility dilemmas caused some disruption to our day-to-day operations. Luckily, the tech support team were able to help us find resolutions to the problems fairly quickly, enabling us to get back up and running. However, the experience was not entirely straightforward.

Im a senior executive and my team of managers are all able to quickly learn how to properly use the service. The mobile application is especially useful. It has a great set of features, including the ability to track jobs, find local services and review job analytics. Furthermore, this app is available across all platforms, which proves to be highly convenient. The search bar in the main console is also quite useful. It enables us to quickly retrieve contact details, documents, assets, and projects in a breeze. Plus, their reporting capabilities are quite extensive and I can easily view detailed insights into every job. However, while the overall experience of using Ziniers Field Service Management is positive, I find the onboarding process to be slightly complex and time-consuming. This can be a bit disorienting for new users. Overall, I would rate the ease of use for Ziniers Field Service Management offerings a 7/10.

Reliability When it comes to reliability, my experience with Ziniers Field Service Management offering has been less than satisfactory. The features offered by the FSM system do not seem to be secure enough, which means that there is a risk of information getting deployed without sufficient controls. Additionally, the service uptime seems to be quite low compared to other FSM providers. This has caused a lot of disruption in terms of service availability which has had a negative impact on our operations. Overall, I would rate this solution as 2 out of 5 in terms of reliability.
