4. Ive been working with Zuper Pro since mid-last year and its been a great field service management solution overall. The installation process was much simpler than I had expected and the ability to quickly take my existing software and integrate it with Zuper Pro was appreciated. That said, for whatever reason, the integration and interoperability didnt work as flawlessly as Id expected, and there were a lot of hitches and glitches that needed to be ironed out before the software worked as intended. While Zuper Pro has worked reliably since then, Im still slightly unsatisfied with the interoperability. Id give it 4 out of 5 stars.
