The only issue I have experienced with GTM is with some of the newer features they are trying to implement, such as blockchain and machine learning. We are still awaiting some of the promised features, and feel like our productivity could be further enhanced if these features were available.
Nevertheless, the customer service of Centrade has been top-notch and I have nothing negative to say about it. They have been fully committed to helping us get the most out of GTM, and I am sure that if we ever have any issues or queries, they will be there to help.

It has allowed us to quickly organize and consolidate our engineering operations, thus improving our productivity and efficiency.
The GTM user interface is visually appealing and very intuitive, and the various data analysis and forecasting features it provides are undoubtedly very helpful. We can now keep track of trends in various markets, in multiple currencies, right from a single dashboard. Moreover, the predictive data analysis capabilities have made it easier for us to make sound decisions, thereby giving us a competitive edge.
However, I was somewhat disappointed by the fact that some of their more innovative product features, such as blockchain and machine learning, have not yet been fully implemented. While I understand that developing these features takes time, I feel like they have not met the expectations outlined in their product vision.
All in all, I would rate Centrade’s GTM a 3.5 out of 5 stars. It has served us well, but with certain key features still yet to be fully implemented, I would hold off on giving them a higher score.'
