I have been an industry veteran for a decade and have seen a lot of similar solutions in the past. My experience has been that the Zonos Global Trade Management Software is of average quality and has average effectiveness.
The cost of ownership for Zonos' software is pretty steep, especially when compared to other solutions I have seen on the market. I feel the cost is error-prone due to the fact that the software is not as equipped with capabilities to offer capabilities as compared to other available solutions. And even if the features are available, they are geared more towards larger enterprises.
In terms of innovation, I feel Zonos' software has also fallen behind the curve when it comes to modern technology and functionality. Other solutions are light-years ahead in terms of customer experience and UI/UX. Zonos software is also more difficult to use and navigate, with a clunky design and lack of user-friendly tools that modern solutions have right now.
Overall I would rate the Slonos Global Trade Management Software 7 out of 10 in terms of cost and innovation. They have some features, but not enough to justify the cost.'

'My team and I have been using Zonos Global Trade Management Software for the past year and it's been a great experience. The software is very intuitive with comprehensive tools and features. We have found that the risk assessment module has been tremendously helpful in assessing our trade-related processes and identifying any high-risk activities that may need attention.
Their customer service has also been superb. Their teams are always available to answer any of our questions or to provide us with guidance on any issue quickly. They also are extremely supportive of us in terms of technology and features, having developed tailored reports and boards to make our process more efficient.
We've also explored some of the more futuristic use cases that Zonos offers, such as automated rate shopping and inventory prediction, and have been pleased with the results. These have allowed us to lower our costs and complete our processes a lot faster than before.
All in all, I'm very pleased with Zonos’ Global Trade Management Software. Their customer service is second to none, their tools are intuitive and comprehensive, and their futuristic use cases have been extremely useful. We give them a 9/10 rating.

My company recently started using Zonos’ Global Trade Management Software and it has been a complete disappointment.
For starters, their software is outdated; it lacks features that are offered by competitors, like estimating taxes and duties, and its user interface is clunky and unintuitive. Additionally, the learning curve is quite steep which has made making our online store compliant with international regulations very challenging.
Not to mention their poor customer service. They’re not willing to go out of their way to help you and their response times are agonizingly slow. Plus, none of the issues I’ve encountered have been resolved in a timely manner.
My rating for the Zonos Global Trade Management Software? A 2 out of 5 stars. Even though they’ve promised to make global trade easy, they’ve failed to deliver due to their outdated software and inadequate customer service.'

My business recently purchased Zonos’ Global Trade Management Software and I was quickly reminded of why it’s been nicknamed “dinosaur softwareâ€.
To begin, their product lacks features like taxes and duties estimates and its user interface is cumbersome and outdated. It has a steep learning curve as well which has made the process of making our online store compliant with international regulations much more difficult.
Moreover, Zonos’ customer service can be described as subpar at best. They took multiple attempts to answer my questions and their response times are painfully slow. Furthermore, none of the issues my business has faced has been resolved by their customer service team in a timely manner.
In my opinion, the Zonos Global Trade Management Software deserves a 2 out of 5 stars. It offers the promise of making global trade easy but unfortunately, they failed to deliver.'

I have had the chance to use Zonos' Global Trade Management Software for a few months now and while it holds promise, I have some reservations about the solution as of now.
The cost of ownership for Zonos' software is on the higher end compared to other solutions I have seen. When it comes to the cost of ownership, Zonos Global Trade Management Software isn’t exactly cheap. Despite the limited features, they still managed to charge a premium for their service. Sure, it was good value for money, but when compared to other products on the market, it simply doesn’t stack up. The user interface was easy to navigate, however the cost of ownership was far too expensive for what was offered.
