For example, one of the SPoTS Pricing models for 20 employees or 10 licenses will cost you $169 per month. For 3 employees or 2 licenses, there is a SPoTS Pricing model of $33 per month. 750 employees or 100 IT employees 50 licenses can pay $847.50 per month. It is on the assumption that 50 per cent of the total employees will need simultaneous access.

It does not have a demo version although it offers a free trial without any obligation for 30 days with 10 licenses. SPoTS can be used free of cost by non-profit organizations, middle or high schools and public elementary schools, Land-Grant Universities and Colleges.
