Rating - 5/5 We were in the market for an enterprise-level identity and access management solution and ended up opting for Dells offerings. To say that we are impressed is an understatement. The product vision and features are simply fantastic. It has a clear strategy in place on how to address the unique needs of customers in terms of identity and access management. Moreover, the product offers great flexibility with regards to configuration and integration. From my user-experience perspective, I cant be more pleased. The process flows are intuitive and effective, making it quite easy to use. Not to mention, the cost of ownership is also quite competitive. The licensing options are especially appealing as they give organizations the capability to choose the best possible package according to their budget. Moreover, Dells IAM solution provides great interoperability, which allows us to integrate with other systems with ease. Dells stability and maturity means that their customer data is always secure. Last, but not least, their customer service is excellent. They have always been willing to help us whenever we needed any support. In conclusion, Dells Identity and Access Management offerings are simply unbeatable.

Rating - 3.5/5 We had been looking for a more effective identity and access management solution and decided to give Dell a shot. So far, we are content with our decision. Dells product vision is quite impressive and comprehensive. Its product features are comprehensive enough to meet our needs, including identity federation, password management, and integration with other systems. The ease of use has been quite a delight - the user experience is quite intuitive and the process flows are quite smooth. Moreover, the cost of ownership has been quite competitive as well. Dell also scores well for its interoperability and integration with other systems. Additionally, their stability and maturity is commendable. I was also impressed with the overall innovation, especially their use of next-generation technology and their support for futuristic use cases. On the customer service front, it wasnt always up to the mark - we had to raise a few complaints to get the help we needed. Overall, Dells Identity and Access Management offerings are satisfactory, but they still have room for improvement.

We were looking for a scalable, future-proof and cost effective solution that could meet our changing IAM needs and Dells suite of products didnt disappoint. As a power user, I am particularly impressed with the product vision. Dell seems to have a clear idea of how their solution will fit in a customers IAM setup and what it can do to improve security, help with compliance and optimize access rights. The product features are comprehensive and can help with a wide range of use cases, be it identity federation, password management or integration with other systems. On top of that, the ease of use makes it workable even for beginners. But what I enjoyed the most was the cost of ownership. The licensing options are especially attractive as they allow organizations to choose the best suited packages as per their budget. Dells IAM solution is also very good in terms of interoperability and integration with other systems. Moreover, the companys stability and maturity ensures that customer data is always secure. Moreover, the overall innovation of the product is very commendable, especially the use of next-generation technology and the support for futuristic use cases. Finally, the customer service has been top-notch. They have been proactive in helping out with any support issues we might have had. All in all, Dells Identity and Access Management offerings are certainly worth the money.
