"An LMS that is an on premises installation. Not on a cost per user basis but as a license use basis. will start with +- 60-100 users for the first 2 months, then scale up - not sure how much as the uptake is not known. needs to have SSO, Rest API functionality, and an authoring tool would be nice..."
