Their direct mail feature has allowed us to send customized direct mail packages with a higher level of personalization. We also have the option to send out four different types of messages such as email, SMS, push notifications, and direct mail. The reporting dashboard was especially helpful as we were able to collect and analyze user data. 'I recently had the chance to review Iterable's Marketing Automation Software. While it certainly offers a wealth of features and functionality, unfortunately I cannot say that I'm overly impressed. The software does offer good integrations, though I found it surprisingly difficult to integrate my existing system. Additionally, some of the features are a bit convoluted and not quite as easy to use as I'd have hoped. I also found the reporting and analytics capabilities to be a bit lacking, which was disappointing as this is a core element in gauging the success of any marketing effort. Nevertheless, Iterable does offer a solid platform which can still be beneficial to my company.Rating: 3/5 3'

In terms of mobile dashboard and customizing content, it works well enough, but taking the next steps is where things get difficult. Creating user profiles, segmentations and some user actions take an absolute age, and this is without considering the learning curves and additional training costs. Considering some of the cheaper alternatives that may be available out there, Iâ€™d think twice before signing up with Iterable. Theyâ€™re definitely not offering anything that would set them apart from the competition in this regard. 'Itâ€™s been quite a satisfactory experience so far with Iterableâ€™s marketing automation software. The software is great in terms of interoperability with other software solutions; Iâ€™ve been able to seamlessly integrate it with my customer relationship management software, and thatâ€™s something I appreciate a lot. With the low monthly subscription fee Iâ€™m not having to make a huge investment to get the most out of it either. What Iâ€™m not a huge fan of is the lack of reporting and data analysis tools. Iâ€™ve had to take on a separate analytics platform to get the best information and thatâ€™s a bit of an inconvenience. Overall Iâ€™d rate Iterableâ€™s marketing automation software a 7.5/10. The interoperability and cost of ownership are great, but the lack of reporting and data analysis tools leave something to be desired.'

'Review # 1 Iterableâ€™s marketing automation software offers some impressive features, but I found itâ€™s cost of ownership and ease of use to be a bit lacking. While there is a useable in-app mobile dashboard that lets you customize marketing messages and content for your audience, the set up process can be time consuming and overwhelming. For example, creating user profiles takes between 10-15 minutes per profile and setting up segmentations takes hours. Also, with complex user actions, such as creating â€œworkflowsâ€, youâ€™ll need to rely on the customer service team for assistance much more than with some competing products. In addition, the cost of ownership is on the higher end of the price range when you factor in learning curves and training costs. Iâ€™d recommend exploring alternatives, such as Autopilot or Mautic, that offer better user experiences at a more cost-effective price. My rating for Iterableâ€™s marketing automation software is 2 out of 5 stars for cost of ownership and ease of use.'

'Review # 4 After having a chance to try out Iterableâ€™s marketing automation software, there is no doubt that it includes some useful features. However, the cost of ownership and ease of use could both be improved. Basically, using the mobile dashboard and customizing content for my audience was not the problem. The problem is that creating user profiles, setting up segmentations and other more complex functions was an absolute nightmare. Furthermore, it was almost impossible to do without customer service support and training from third-party pieces of software. All in all, when you add up the cost of training and additional software, Iterable definitely falls on the higher end of the price range.Unless you think the features are absolutely necessary, I would recommend exploring cheaper alternatives. At this point, Iâ€™m giving Iterableâ€™s marketing automation software a rating of 2 out of 5 stars for cost of ownership and ease of use.'
