First of all, the product features are what really put Klaviyo ahead of the pack. Their comprehensive templates and integration with plenty of third-party tools give me all the flexibility I need to create personalized campaigns and targeted messages. The drag and drop segmentation and sophisticated analytics provide in-depth insights that I can use to locate and convert new customers.
The customer service is also top notch. They are consistently responsive and helpful in addressing my queries and guiding me with any issues. The onboarding process is also easy to follow, as it takes me through the setup process step by step.

I do not have a good opinion of Klaviyo’s marketing automation software. While some of the features are commendable, the technology is not up to speed with the latest industry standards. As such, my rating of Klaviyo’s overall offering would be 2 out of 5 stars.
The user interface was also a challenge to use. I found it difficult to access the individual accounts and custom profiles that were created. Moreover, the user functions did not perform well and caused the campaigns to suffer. My rating of Klaviyo’s ease of use would be 1 out of 5 stars.'

Within minutes of setting up the software we could begin sending automated marketing messages. Product recommendations were so dynamic that the customers responded positively, even making recommendations of their own. Being able to use the data to track customer behavior made our intelligence gathering much more efficient, which has resulted in improved performance.
Another feature that we love is the segmentation. We are able to use the software to divide our customers into smaller groups, give them different offers and promotions, track their interests and activities, and tailor our marketing efforts accordingly. This has allowed us to target our customers better than before.
In addition, Klaviyo is very future-focused and has put out a good roadmap for upcoming features. We already have been able to prioritize our business efforts in accordance to these developments. I am confident that Klaviyo will continue to be a great tool for our business in the years to come.'

I found that the features were too complex and difficult to understand without having extensive knowledge. I also had problems trying to get support from them, since they were not available immediately. On top of that, the cost of ownership was higher than some of the other options I explored. Overall, I would not recommend Klaviyo’s marketing automation software due to these issues. I give it a 2/5 stars rating because of my personal experience and the overall disappointing experience I had.'

Using Klaviyo’s marketing automation software was not an enjoyable experience. The cost was much higher than other software available in the market, which was very disappointing considering the poor customer service that was provided. The features were quite complicated to use and were not explained very well. I had to spend quite a bit of time and effort trying to figure out how to use them. 'I recently evaluated Klaviyo’s marketing automation software for my company. Although the setup process was relatively easy, I was let down by the customer service team at Klaviyo.
The customer service team was unhelpful and unresponsive. With most of my pressing questions, I received the same canned response. Additionally, when I had more complicated questions, they seemed to lack the knowledge to be able to explain it to me in an understandable way.
I was also disappointed by the lack of modern features included in the software. For example, it seemed as though they had not thought about integrating with the other tools our team uses, which could have greatly increased efficiency and effectiveness.
I was ultimately unsatisfied with Klaviyo’s software and would not recommend it to anyone. My rating for this product is 1/5.'
