“Outdated, poor interface”

The online access from a computer is great to use, however there are times in an emergency that you might not have a computer but have your phone. However this app would make it so much harder to send out a message. The UI is cumbersome and not friendly to navigate whatsoever. I get lost frequently with it. There is also a character limit on the mobile app for text alerts but when using the computer portal there is no limit. Please give this a huge makeover and get it to where it can be

“Could Be Better”

I wish the app provided access to pre-configured templates - would make message sending that much easier. Touch ID would also be a welcome addition.

“Complete set of Features”

It has a one-screen messaging system, so all you have to do is create your message and hit send. It then delivers the message to email, text, and even over the phone as a recording.
