“Platform is good but is not open source”

The system is not open-source, which makes it likable among users. The number of characters that can be sent per message is very less. There are chances of accidental calls when the user intends to send messages. The software has issues like slow processing, causing sometimes delay in giving emergency alerts due to poor connectivity.
