“Multiple login is required”

Users are required to log in at the beginning of their on-call period as their rotation changes. Users want it to send notifications to their smartwatches, which shall be great convenience or them. It does not override the smartphone’s silent mode, which is very much required.

This is extremely good for mass notifications. Users can respond instantly to a critical incident or service ticket. This capability is provided by OnPage from the mobile app, without any need to log in. Rotating on-call scheduling with back-ups is liked very much by the users.
