1. User Personas: John, Business Manager I recently purchased a Network Security Firewall from Twilio Inc for my small business. This product gives me high-grade security protection for a reasonable price. I found their product vision to be impressive, a well as the ease of use for configuring the product for my every day needs. The companys stability and maturity was a deciding factor for me as I wanted a reliable and long-term service to ensure safety of my data. The cost of ownership is also very reasonable and I feel like Im getting good value for money. I have no issues with the customer service either. Overall, this is an excellent product that is easy to use and I feel much more secure with it. Rating- 4/
