Lattice provides three pricing plans.

Performance - Lattice Performance plan costs $9 per person, per month and billed annually. Performance and Engagement –LatticePerformance and Engagementplancosts $12 per person, per month and billed annually. The plan provides features such as employee engagement surveys, reporting and analytics, and historical benchmarks.

Enterprise –LatticeEnterprise plan provides tailored solutions to fit your company culture, including on-site executive training, custom implementation, admin and employee training, and quarterly business reviews. Please contact the vendor for a quote.

Demo

Lattice demo can be requested by connecting with support. Users must give the right credentials and can schedule a product demo at an appropriate time. Users can see real-time functionalities of the tool, discuss business-specific challenges, and ask general questions about effective use.

Features

  • Reviews - Latticecontinuous performance management features allow companies to review their employee performance quarterly or annually. The administrators can create their own review templates and the review cycle can also be set up so that it runs automatically and HR managers can track the status of each review.
  • Organized Feedback - Latticeperformance management has a guided performance review form feature that organizes all reviews in one place. All ongoing goals and feedback can stores in a context panel in order to eliminate any immediate biases. HR managers can then organize all feedback into a consolidated form to share with employees.
  • Other features –LatticePeople management platform allows managers to provide continuous feedback to their employees. An employee can recognize via the Praise Wall or the Praise channel in Slack. Employee recognition feature allows employees to add more productive efforts to the organization’s benefit.
  • Employee engagement – Latticeemployee engagement module has the ability to develop engagement surveys. The administrators can create their own questions or select from a question bank and the software sends the survey to employees and collects the data.
