'Review 1: Going into 2019, I wanted an enterprise resource management solution that could help me accurately plan, allocate and track resources across multiple engineering projects. My team had been manually managing project costs and time estimates, and we quickly outgrew the process. Hub Planner’s resource management software was the perfect fit. The software offers powerful and intuitive features that can handle highly complex workloads at a fraction of the cost of other commercially available solutions. I was particularly impressed with the functionalities Hub Planner offered in terms of cost tracking and forecasting. The breakdown feature allows me to see how much a project is costing in total, and also how much each particular resource is contributing to the bottom line. Furthermore, the reports can be easily exported into excel, which makes it easy to provide financial data to other stakeholders. I was also impressed with the cloud- based platform. This allows my teams around the world access to collaborate and track work in real-time. We have a much better understanding of how teams are allocating resources and have been able to more accurately forecast expenses and revenues. The product vision set out by Hub Planner clearly set the tone and expectations from the get-go. Not only did Hub Planner wow us, but also offered features that have made it easier for us to utilize our resources efficiently. The core features are really focused on team management such as resource utilization, talent management and profile tracking. It has allowed us to properly track performance ratings and resources overall. We are even able to use it to project manage consumer initiatives and launches much easier. Additionally, the interface is user-friendly and it is a pleasure to use. While cost of ownership for this software isn’t spread out over a long term like many others, it is evident that Hub Planner has done their due diligence in pricing their product. It is an affordable monthly membership with resources only increasing pricing slightly. We did see a small bump in our expenses but nothing uncontrollable. Overall, the product vision set forth by Hub Planner helped us to streamline our workflow and operation immensely. With features to better manage teams and resources, and an affordable monthly subscription, I would recommend this software to many similar businesses. '#1 I'm an industry veteran of construction, so I was extremely pleased to hear about Hub Planner's Resource Management software offerings. I was skeptical at first, assuming it'd be another piece of software that would require tons of expensive hardware and endless training. But after using it, I can safely say that I'm very impressed with the cost of ownership as well as its ease of use. Everything is laid out in a very intuitive dashboard that I can navigate with ease. I'm able to program and customize what information I'm searching for with ease, so it's very easy to find what I'm looking for quickly. All the information is kept organized and accessible in one centralized location. Not to mention, the software includes some additional features that make my resource scheduling and modeling much easier. For example, it has a reporting tool that shows how each member of my team is allocated for each project. That way I can make sure I'm allocating the right people to the right projects, keeping everyone productive and efficient. The software also does a great job of supporting futuristic use cases. It has detailed data visualizations and capabilities so I can track my team's performance over time. Resource utilization, talent management and profile tracking are some of the great features available. We've seen a noticeable improvement in performance ratings and resources profiles, and it helps with managing consumer initiatives and launches. The cost of ownership for this software is surprisingly reasonable. The monthly membership fee is fair and while we see a slight bump in expenses for extra resources, it doesn't break the bank. Even factoring that in, we are still able to stay within our desired budget. I am glad we went with this decision. The product vision and feature set are solid, and more importantly it's easy to use. The cost of ownership is also quite affordable, making it a good choice all round. Resource utilization, talent management and profile tracking are all capabilities we have acquired with Hub Planner. It's allowed us to create performance ratings and resources profiles quickly and easily. It's also enabled us to use it to more effectively launch consumer initiatives and projects. The cost of owning the software is actually quite reasonable. The monthly subscription isn't bad and and while there is a small fee for additional resources, it’s not overpriced. This made it financially viable without putting too much of an extra burden on our budgets. Overall, I am confident that Hub Planner's Resource Management Software is the way forward for our company. The product vision and feature set, together with it's ease of use, makes this a perfect choice for us. The cost of ownership is also very fair. The range of features that the software provides is outstanding, especially when it comes to interfacing with other softwares. The software has a comprehensive integration capability which has allowed us to integrate our other systems without much hassle. This is especially useful for us in terms of data reporting and insights generation. We can now access data from different sources in a standard format, making our team more efficient and leaving more time for future optimizations. Its open API also supports us in programmatically running reports and carrying out other such tasks without user input. For a service-based company like ours, the customer care is of paramount importance; Hub Planner delivered on their promise by providing us with quick and friendly customer support. The product features have also made my work a lot easier. The visuals are intuitive and easy to comprehend, such as the Gantt chart which shows staff availability and resource usage. Furthermore, the reporting tools help me keep a close eye on the resources used and it makes the entire resource allocation and management process much simpler. To sum up, I’ve been quite pleased with Hub Planner’s Resource Management Software offerings. We continue to be incredibly pleased with the results this platform has delivered in terms of resource management and timeline organization. The software’s interoperability and integration with our team’s ongoing processes have been spot on, and all of the members of our organization have found the system to be incredibly easy to use. On a scal of 1-5, I’d give interoperability and integration a 4.5/5, and the ease of use a 5/5. Beyond this ease of use, Hub Planner’s software also incorporates a number of great recommended capacities for allocation and storage. This has allowed us to finely and quickly estimate the amount of resources needed to complete a task, while properly managing our assets and personnel in ways that have truly proven effective. On a scale of 1-5, I’d give these capacities a 5/5. The customer service of Hub Planner’s staff has also gone above and beyond expectations. They have been incredibly welcoming and helpful in introducing the software, and in teaching our team how to use the technology for our own specific needs. The customer service team has been friendly, effective and understanding, and this really helped with our transition to the system. On a scale of 1-5, I’d give customer service a 5/5. The visuals of the platform are impressive and resourceful. The entire visual system of Hub Planner’s Resource Management Software has made it easy for users to understand how to manage resources, personnel progress and timeline organization. On a scale of 1-5, I’d give the visuals a 4.5/5. In closing, Hub Planner’s Resource Management Software is a system we continue to use with enthusiasm every day. 'I recently tried out Hub Planner's Resource Management Software and I am a big fan of it. From the get-go, I could see the value in the product vision, and it was clear to see why this could become the gold standard. The software is incredibly user-friendly, so managing our resources with it is a breeze. The features make it even better. Resource utilization, talent management and profile tracking are all handled with ease. We are now able to generate reports that involve performance ratings and resources profiles in a much more efficient fashion. It is also helping us with launching consumer initiatives and projects. The cost of ownership isn't too bad either. There's a monthly fee although additional resources do cost more. That aside, the fees are not unreasonable. It's still financially viable and does not put too much strain on our budgets. Hub Planner's Resource Management Software ticks most of the boxes for us. The product vision and feature set are great and it's easy to use. The cost of ownership is reasonable, making it a viable option financially. All in all, I would give the product a 9/10 rating for vision and feature set and 8/10 for cost of ownership.'

We are a large and diverse organization with resources spread across various domains. Resource Planning and Management is one of the many activities that is critical for our success. We were facing major issues with time management and resource optimization, and the process was archaic. After deploying Hub Planner's software, most of these issues were taken care of. This software made it possible for us to proactively prepare for changing workloads and quickly assign resources to specific projects. We have also seen a significant improvement in resource utilization. We were able to optimize the use of our resources with time tracking and resource leveling features. This resource management software made it easier for us to review the performance of teams and work together to make better predictions. Moreover, visibility into resource books, work assignments, and availability turned out to be a blessing in disguise for us.
