'Resource Management Software Review #2 I’ve been using Precursive’s resource management software solutions regularly for the past two years, most recently employing them within my current business. The primary objective of the software is to help manage resources and time, and this is something they’re fantastic at. The interface is simple and sensible, and combined with easy to use customisation and reporting tools, gives users an excellent system to work with. Furthermore, the cost of ownership isn’t overly expensive. Of course, compared to the more established options, Precursive does represent an increased investment; but in terms of value for your money, I think it’s a great option. There are some areas which do need work, however, and as such it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. For example, the mobile application is limited in terms of functionality; and the advanced features could use a little bit of work in order to speed up the workflow further. However, when given the overall performance and value of the software as a whole, I would have no problems in recommending Precursive as a great resource management system. Rating: 4.5/5'

'Precursive's Resource Management Software - Review 2 I recently had to opportunity to trial Precursive's Resource Management Software, and I must say that I'm very satisfied with the results. The software is intuitive and very easy to use - it requires minimal training to understand. In terms of functionality, the software was able to meet all of my expectations and more. For example, the software offers great graphical analysis tools which allow us to better understand where our resources are allocated and where they should be in the future. The software is also great at optimizing the resource hiring process. For instance, it helps us identify and hire the right people for the right roles in minimal time. This has been a big help, as it's enabled us to deliver projects more efficiently and cost-effectively. Overall, I would give Precursive's RM Software 4 out of 5 stars. It is an excellent tool and I highly recommend it to other business units looking to modernize their resource management solutions.'

'Precursive Resource Management Software – Review #4 I recently implemented Precursive’s Resource Management Software as an engineering manager. Overall, I’m fairly happy with my decision. The visuals make it easy to understand how our resources are being utilized, and I’ve found the tool useful for forecasting and budgeting. The software is an excellent value for money, and the process of implementation and integration with our existing systems has been relatively painless. I can also customize the tool to fit our team’s needs, which helps me to maximize performance. However, I find the customer support to be quite slow. Though I found that the software was appreciated for its automation of tasks, it won't likely help you keep up with industry innovation. So if you need simple automated operations that will work well in the short term, then by all means go for it. As a Customer Success Woman Leader, I love that the product uses the latest technology and is incredibly easy to use, allowing us to save time, energy, and money. The drag-and-drop feature is a brilliant way to quickly identify the needed resources and allocate them to the task. The visualization capabilities of the system are also incredibly useful. We can now visualize trends, conflicts, and delays, while also gaining insights through analytics. This information has enabled us to provide an improved services to our clients, ultimately allowing us to reach our goals more efficiently. I give Precursive’s Resource Management Software an 8/10. '1 I recently began to explore Precursive’s Resource Management Software offerings and am incredibly impressed! The product vision and features are very well designed and I am especially impressed by the use of next generation technology. As a Customer Success Woman Leader, I am confident that Precursive’s software will deliver results and enable our team to be more successful and efficient. With the easy-to-use drag-and-drop feature, our employees can quickly identify the needed resources and allocate them to the task at hand. This has saved us an incredible amount of time, energy, and potential wasted resources - all while allowing us to keep better track of our resources and plan far ahead. The software also provides a streamlined interface with which to visualize data such as analytics, user trends, performance metrics etc. Seeing all the data at a glance really helps me understand how to make the best use of our resources. Additionally, surfacing conflicts and identifying potential delays and inefficiencies that the system may encounter has enabled us to provide a superior service to our clients. I would give Precursive’s Resource Management Software a 9/10. It really is a great product offering!'

'I've recently had the opportunity to experience Precursive's Resource Management Software and wanted to share my thoughts. Ease of Use: The user interface is easy-to-use and the various sets of tools are quite helpful in managing resources. Being able to monitor resource availability in real-time and visualize it in different ways with the help of the reports and visuals have been really useful. The learning curve to get productive was also quite low. Rating: 4/5. Customer Service: The customer service team at Precursive are quite helpful and knowledgeable. They helped our team become familiar with the software quickly with their onboarding and training process. They also resolved the few issues we had with the software within a few hours. Rating: 4.75/5. Overall, I'm quite impressed with Precursive's Resource Management Software. It is an easy-to-use solution that comes with great customer service. Highly recommended. Rating: 4.5/5.'

“Great tool for planning and analyzing resource costs”

Precursive generates excellent reports from the resources and bookings used and is quite easy to use and configure in the background. It updates resources rather quickly and sets specific security controls within the app.
