The user interface is straightforward and very user friendly, as all tasks can be automated easily without having to set up complex rules and conditions. The process of automation is far quicker than it used to be, as the software simplifies and streamlines the whole process. In terms of pricing and value for money, the various packages that airSlate offers are competitively priced and the additional discounts available make it even more worthwhile. The customer service has been great as well and they respond quickly with helpful solutions. Id rate airSlates Robotic Process Automation software 8 out of 10 on ease of use and 9 out of 10 on value for money.

Ease of use: When it comes to ease of use, I gave AirSlates Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software offerings a 7/10. Although I found the user interface to be visually appealing, I encountered some difficulty in understanding and navigating some of the aspects of the software. Even though there were helpful tutorials which I could refer to when stuck, I had difficulty with understanding some of the more complex logics which the software uses. Additionally, I found that some of the features were a bit complex and would take more than a few days for me to get comfortable and confidently use them for all my bot needs.

Even though this was a completely new technology, it was very easy for our staff members to learn. We even had some employees that had never used a computer before, and the user interface was more than enough for them to work with. The software is also very powerful and has been very capable in tackling complex tasks. The cost of ownership of the software has also been very reasonable. The initial cost, while being higher than some of the alternatives was worth it, considering the performance of the software. Plus, airSlate also offers a free trial, so that businesses feel confident enough before making the purchase. Review 2: AirSlates RPA software is not a good fit for my small business. The setup process took twice as long than promised and there were a few features that were supposedly included initially but were added weeks after the initial setup, and worse, I was never informed that they were not originally included. I find the interface and reporting of the software outdated and its hard to find the information I need. The help team is unresponsive and unhelpful, which is much more frustrating. Additionally, the software is overpriced for the quality I am receiving. I rate this software 1/5 in value for money and 2/5 in ease of use.
