Michelle Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software Review #3 3/5 Stars I recently purchased Michelle robotic process automation (RPA) software from Allied Media and my experience has been on the fence. The software itself is great, no doubt, and it has helped me and my team to save a lot of time with mundane tasks, like sending bulk emails, entering and gathering data from various sites, and streamlining our workflow processes. The customer service team was also great and they provided us with plenty of help and tutorials while setting up the software. However, I feel as if it is rather complicated to use and really requires some tech knowledge in order to be able to get the most out of it. It did take me a few days to get the setup done, with the help of the customer service team, but Id have to say that it wasnt the most user-friendly experience. As far as value for money goes, Id have to say that its a great investment, considering the time and effort it saves us. However, I feel as if the difficulty in utilizing the software could be improved upon. All things considered, I give Michelle 3/5 stars â€” its good, not great.

4. Security and reliability The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software, Michelle, by Allied Media was good in terms of security and reliability measures. The process automation and optimization functions worked good. We did not have any issues on the security front, and the process conformation, feedback and analytics were good as well. Configuring the software and getting it up and running took us very little time, with the process quite streamlined and easy to understand. Integration and interoperability with other systems have also gone quite smoothly. We were able to connect to existing systems without an issue and and add external systems as well with ease. I even found the cost to be reasonable and understand that the value for money option provided is worth it. However, the only con I could think of is the customer support. The response time when responding to customer queries was a bit slow and I found that was the only downside. All in all, I would rate Allied Medias RPA Software four out of five stars. We originally wanted to use it as a platform for artificial intelligence capabilities, but it was not equipped for this. The interoperability and integration capabilities of this software leave something to be desired. We had hoped to be able to easily link it with other systems for automation, but Michelle is incompatible with our existing software. We have not been able to find an effective way to connect the two. Due to its lack of cutting-edge technologies and insufficient integration and interoperability, I can only give Allied Medias robotic process automation software, Michelle, one star. Configuring and setting up the software was a breeze; it was easy to understand and did not take us long to configure at all. Interoperability and integration with other systems have also gone great; we connected our two systems without a problem and were able to add external systems with ease. I own a small business and I must admit that Michelle has taken a lot of the difficult but necessary tedious tasks away from our team. It has been incredibly helpful in automating tasks such as creating and sending automated emails, entering and gathering data from various sites, and streamlining our workflow processes. With that said, I was a bit overwhelmed at first. Thankfully, Allied Media provides great documentation, tutorials, and customer service. Their customer support team was especially helpful and gave me a lot of great advice on how to get started using the program. I was able to implement Michelle within a few days and the results were tremendous. We now have a lot more time to focus on the core competencies of our business and that has made a huge difference so far. In terms of value for money, I really think Michelle is a great investment. Not only is it saving me time with mundane tasks, but its also helping us and our team to be more productive overall. As far as ease of use and setup, its not overly complicated but certainly requires a bit of knowledge in the tech front. However, with the amazing customer service from Allied Media, I never felt helpless when I was setting it up.
