Review 1 I recently evaluated Automate Robotic Process Automations Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering for a project. Although it had some positive elements, overall I was disappointed in the product. One of the major drawbacks for me was that the product didnt offer the ability to customize processes. As a project manager, who is managing a large project, I needed more control and flexibility in terms of being able to tailor the process to fit my project needs. The product isnt very dynamic in that sense, which is a major downside. Another thing I didnt like was the lack of community support. If I needed help with an RPA project, I couldnt turn to a large forum of experts where I could get assistance. Plus, the product isnt very intuitive. I found myself wanting to try certain things but then getting lost in a web of confusion. Overall, Id have to rate this product 2 out of 5 stars.

My experience with Automate Robotic Process Automations (ARPA) Robot Process Automation (RPA) Software was mixed. On the one hand, I found the vast array of available features impressive, making it suitable for most commercial use cases. But, what the array of features creates, on the other hand, is an overly complicated UI that can be difficult for new users to grasp. The user-friendliness is practically non-existent, especially for custom implementations and configurations. The setup process also created difficulties. Its awkward and confusing with a lack of clear instructions on how to proceed. I also found that the setup process isnt scalable, making it downright impossible to use the software across multiple locations. Flexibility is also an area that suffers in this software. As mentioned, custom implementations of the software are difficult or, in some cases, downright impossible. And, even in the few use cases where I managed to find a workaround, it took me significantly longer to do so than with other similar pieces of software. In conclusion, I wouldnt recommend this software. If youre looking for a simple and user-friendly piece of software, this isnt it. From a 5-star rating, Id give ARPAs RPA Software a meager 2 stars.

While their products have immense potential - they are at least 2 or 3 updates away from delivering on that. The capability of automating processes quickly and efficiently is what I was seeking and had hoped to achieve with their products, but I am yet to see that realized.
Their product vision of boosting productivity with AI-driven process insights and predictive analytics are promising, but their product features do not entirely deliver on that. While I have experienced slight automation improvements in certain processes, many of them have had to be manually taken care of, or they are bogged down by the product feature complexity.

The UI is unappealing to new users and clunky to experienced developers. Those already familiar with RPA software will realize just how behind the times this software is. The setup process was also worse than others Ive used in the same domain. Theres a lack of information and inadequate instructions for the configuration. Even for experienced developers, finding the best settings for use-cases can turn into a time-consuming trial and error process. The flexibility of the software is poor. Implementing custom cases doesnt seem to be in the cards, especially when trying to scale across multiple locations. For this reason, its not suitable for larger implementations, as its simply incapable of producing tailored solutions and scaling accordingly. Overall, ARPAs RPA Software isnt meant for complex tasks — unless youre willing to spend extensive hours playing around with the settings. If I were to rate it using a 5-star system, Id have to give it 1 star.

I was pleasantly surprised by the product’s performance. It was incredibly easy to set up and configure, the user interface is unusually intuitive, the task automation was powerful, and I was especially impressed by the range of use cases it could support.
It was incredible how our engineering team could utilize the power of RPA to automate mundane tasks and free our team up to focus on more value- adding projects. Highly complex tasks such as video annotations, object detection, image segmentation, etc. were easy to execute using the RPA software. The results were quite satisfactory, considering most solutions require manual labor to complete.
However, some improvements could be made in terms of scalability and generalizing it to multiple types of industry-specific problems specifically related to our use cases. On the whole, I would give Automate Robotic Process Automation’s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software a solid 8/10.'

To start, the UI – its in desperate need of an update and, in its current form, is bulky and clunky to use. Even for experienced developers, it can take significant time to get used to the UI and its various options. Additionally, the software is inflexible in its configurations, making it difficult for custom use cases. The setup was also less than ideal. Many of the steps are awkwardly redundant and the lack of information for the setup process leads to confusion and delicate trial-and-error configurations that take more time than expected. Flexibility and scalability is also an issue with this software. Its difficult to produce custom solutions, making it a hassle to fit the automation to use cases. Furthermore, scaling this software across multiple locations is nearly impossible. In terms of features, the software has an extensive list of available options. However, it is a struggle to work with those features, considering the lack of user-friendliness and flexibility. As an overall package, this software is a shell of what it could be – it has potential, but currently resides as an unfinished product. Out of a 5-star rating, Id give ARPAs RPA Software 2 stars.

Review 1 I have been using Automate Robotic Process Automations (RPA) Software offering in my multinational company for the last six months. I have had mixed results. On the one hand, we have seen positive outcomes in terms of automation across the different processes. However, on the other hand, the software has had some glitches in terms of futuristic use cases. We have not been able to use some of the more advanced features like process accelerators and intelligent bots. I would have to rate the software 3/5 in terms of its support for futuristic use cases. When it comes to overall innovation and use of next generation technologies, I would say that Automate has done quite well. It uses robotic process automation, machine learning and natural language processing for its artificial intelligence driven capabilities. Additionally, the software has incorporated a lot of integrations, making it quite user-friendly. I give the company an 4/5 rating when it comes to its overall innovation and use of next generation technologies.

Review 3: Automate Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has been an incredible asset for my business. I have been using this software for the past few months, and it has definitely revolutionized the way we work. The user interface and dashboard are remarkably user-friendly, making it very easy for my employees to take advantage of the automation features. As someone who doesnt have a lot of programming experience, I found that Automates features were easily accessible and understandable. Moreover, the reports and analytics features are also incredibly helpful. I also appreciate that the software requires no local storage, which is extremely helpful considering we dont have a lot of storage space available. The team at Automate has also been really responsive and willing to help us if we ever have any issues, making it a pleasure to use. Overall, I am very pleased with Automate Robotic Process Automation (RPA). I would rate it 8 out of 10 for value for money and ease of use.

Review 4 I recently evaluated Automate Robotic Process Automations Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering for something I was working on. I found the product wasnt intuitive and u user-friendly. The software had some decent features, but the lack of customizable options was a big problem for me. As a project manager, I need to have control over how the workflow is designed and what tasks are done in what order. I also found that the help documentation was lacking and if I needed help, I had to do a lot of searching around on the internet to find what I was looking for. These issues are significant enough to make me give this product only 2 out of 5 stars.
