The customer service team tried to be helpful but they were unable to properly address the technical issues that I encountered. The system also wasnt very user friendly and too much time was required to get the results I wanted. Additionally, I felt that the value for money was not great, as I believe I could have achieved better results with another system for a much lower cost.

I recently decided to trial the Blue Prism Intelligent RPA platform to see if it could help us streamline our business processes. After working with it for a few weeks, I can happily report that the platform is excellent. The platform offers exceptional interoperability and integration capabilities. Our legacy systems have been able to be integrated with the platform with relative ease, resulting in reduced costs and manpower requirements when dealing with legacy systems. Furthermore, the platform offers a range of features and tools tailored towards futuristic use cases, such as artificial intelligence and data science. This has made it very easy for our data scientists to develop, test and optimize predictive models on the platform, giving us a competitive edge. In short, I would give the Blue Prism Intelligent RPA platform an overall rating of 9/10. The platform offers all of the features and tools needed for an efficient and cost-effective RPA solution. Recently, I had the opportunity to use Blue Prisms Intelligent RPA platform and I was quickly impressed by its Interoperability and integration capabilities. This software seamlessly connects disparate systems allowing automation to be carried out on the highest possible levels. What was especially useful was the products drag-and-drop system which simplified the process of automation a great deal. However, I felt like the product could be improved with a better product vision in place. Features such as real-time analytics, collaboration capabilities, and integration options would help empower the platform and enhance its capabilities. In addition to this, the platform needs to be updated from time to time in order to stay current with the latest technologies. Overall, Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is a great piece of software with a lot of potential for the future. The customer service team was nice and very accommodating but there were too many technical issues that arose when I tried to use the software. It took me a while to get the hang of the system and it was difficult at times to get the results that I wanted from my processes. I recently had the opportunity to work with Blue Prism Intelligent RPA and their RPA software offering. The platform is meant to streamline complex tasks and automate parts of the customer success process, however its still lacking in some key areas. While there might be positives in some aspects, overall I give them a two out of five stars. When it comes to cost of ownership, Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is quite expensive compared to other similar products on the market. The cost to licenses as well as ongoing support can be a significant burden, especially for smaller teams. The fact you have to purchase training kits or workshops in order to get the basic understanding on using the product doesnt help. In terms of product vision, Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform doesnt have a clear plan or concept in mind. They are simply trying to automate as many processes as possible at whatever cost, without really thinking about actual customer outcomes. This might work in the short term, but ultimately it leads to a lackluster user experience. When it comes to product features, Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is quite basic. It is capable of automating certain processes, but doesnt have various options or settings that can be adjusted to match specific customer needs. Its also lacking security features and has no custom reporting options. Overall, I am not impressed with Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform. The cost of ownership is too high, the product vision is lacking, and the product features simply dont go far enough. For these reasons, I give Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform two out of five stars.

Ive been working with Blue Prisms Intelligent RPA Platform for the past few weeks and Im very impressed. The customer service is exceptional - each interaction was quick and helpful. Any issues we ran into were quickly resolved. On the technical side, the interface is very user-friendly and easy to use. We had no problem getting all of our bots up and running smoothly. I got an opportunity to try the Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform and I was quite pleased with the interoperability and integration capabilities it offers as well as its product vision. By seamlessly integrating with existing technology such as IBM BPM, Oracle, and SOA, Blue Prism creates an automated layer whereby tedious tasks can be automated. What was also nice was the drag-and-drop system which made it easier to get the automation process up and running. The product vision could still be improved in terms of the features it provides. Features such as real-time analytics, collaboration capabilities, and integration options are certainly things that could be of great benefit to the platform. Additionally, updating the platform regularly so that it stays in line with the latest technology would be helpful as well. To summarize, Blue Prism is a great software offering a multitude of features and a vision that can lead to great success. My team recently had the chance to work with Blue Prism Intelligent RPA and their RPA software offering. Overall Im not that impressed with their product and give them a two out of five star rating. When it comes to cost of ownership, Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is extremely expensive compared to other similar products on the market. Even for larger teams, the cost to licenses as well as ongoing support can be frustratingly burdensome. And thats not even considering the fact that you have to purchase training kits or workshops in order to get the basic understanding on using the product. The product vision for Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is also lacking. Instead of considering user experience and actual customer outcomes, they seem to be just pushing to automate as many processes as possible without taking time to consider the consequences. This will likely come back to haunt them in the future. The product features are also very basic. Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is capable of automating certain processes but doesnt include custom settings and reporting options. They also dont integrate with external systems, which is something I find very important. The security features are also lacking, so this is something to consider. For these reasons, I give Blue Prism Intelligent RPA two out of five stars.

Customer Service: We have had a few issues with Blue Prisms customer service. They have always been willing to help us out, but the issue is that their response times can be quite slow. This can make it difficult to get issues resolved in a timely manner. On a scale of 1-5 I would rate Blue Prisms customer service at a 3. Overall Innovation: Blue Prisms Intelligent RPA Platform does include some good features and advanced technologies that make it useful for our organization. However, I feel as though the product overall is not as innovative as it could be. There are still some areas of improvement that should be addressed. I would rate the overall innovation of Blue Prisms product at 3.5 out of 5. Overall: Taking into consideration all of the points mentioned above, I would give Blue Prisms Intelligent RPA Platform an overall rating of 3.8 out of 5. My team and I recently had the opportunity to work with Blue Prism Intelligent RPA and their RPA software offering. I have to be honest and give them two out of five stars, as there are several things that I am not impressed with. When it comes to cost of ownership, Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is far too expensive for its features. There are noticeably cheaper options available for businesses of all sizes on the market. Not to mention, you also have to purchase additional training kits and workshops just to get the basic understanding on using the product, which really adds to the cost. The product vision for Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is also lacking. They dont seem to be concerned with the user experience and actual customer outcomes, instead they are simply focused on automating as many processes as possible. This might make sense in the short-term, but it can lead to a lackluster customer experience and unhappy customers in the long run. In terms of product features, Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is quite basic. It can automate simple processes but offers no custom settings or reporting options. There is no integration with external systems either, which could be useful in certain cases. Security features are also lacking, something else to consider. For all of these issues, I give Blue Prism Intelligent RPA two out of five stars.

: Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform Review #1 Im writing this review to share our experience of implementing the Blue Prism Intelligent RPA platform at our multinational company. We were looking for software to automate our tedious, manual processes and were drawn to Blue Prism because of its reputation for being able to easily integrate with existing systems. After extensive testing and use, here are my thoughts on the platform overall. I think the ease of use was really impressive. The ability to customize the bots for our processes and make changes makes it really user-friendly and intuitive. There is also great customer support with a personalized onboarding program which makes sure that everyone knows what they are doing. In terms of overall innovation, I think the Blue Prism Intelligent RPA is a great piece of technology. Integration with other systems such as our CRM and data management solutions were seamless - something that was a major concern for us initially that worked out well. There is also a great deal of scalability in the platform which allows us to manage any sort of process no matter its complexity. I would rate the Blue Prism Intelligent RPA platform 8 out of 10. It couldnt get any better than it already is!

User Persona #1: As a long time RPA user, I was skeptical when evaluating Blue Prisms Intelligent RPA offering. However, after some time spent with their product, I must say I am a believer. The product vision is well thought out and clearly explains how process automation technology can optimize workflow and improve overall customer service. The customer service team was also there quickly to teach and assist me on how to best utilize the powerful features of the product. The latest version includes many cutting edge features such as natural language processing, object recognition and process automation while also having a seamless, intuitive design. Overall, the product is extremely intuitive, user-friendly and responsive. I give Blue Prisms Intelligent RPA offering 4.5/5 stars.

Review 4 (Rating: 3 stars) I recently used Blue Prisms Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software and I found it useful but there were some drawbacks. The customer service team was friendly and helpful but there were too many technical issues that arose when I tried to use the software. Additionally, it was not very user friendly, making it difficult for those less familiar with these types of software to make use of the features. The value for money also wasnt great, as I feel I could have achieved better results for a lower cost.

Review 4 on Value for Money Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform has been a great addition to our organization. We had to automate various tasks and processes and we found this software quite capable to do the job perfectly. It helps us to optimize our operations and speeds up our processes to a great extent thereby increasing our productivity and efficiency. Additionally, we found the pricing plans quite affordable and cost-effective which could easily fit into our budget. We had to put in minimum upfront investments and the return of investments were more than expected. We had also great help from the customer support team whenever we needed help or assistance. I rate its value for money 10/10.

I recently heard about Automation software called Blue Prism that is making a lot of waves lately in the corporate environment, especially with its Robotic Process Automation (RPA) services. After doing some research, I decided to give it a try and see how it could help me out in my job. So, heres my honest review. The product vision of Blue Prism made me feel reassured that this was a reliable, forward-thinking and intelligent software. They provide a lot of value and a range of features to ease robotic automation, which I found helpful. Coming from an operations background, I found that I could easily understand the different User Personas that the software caters to. I also found the tutorials helpful, which gave me a crash course on automation. The product features are fantastic. The graphical user interface (GUI) was intuitive and user-friendly. Most of the time, I didnt have to go searching for information anywhere else. The automated robotic processes seemed to take care of the mundane in less than no time, and the data quality was enhanced. I would say my overall experience with Blue Prism has been satisfying. I appreciate that it provides a lot of value for the money I paid for it. Theres flexibility and scalability as well, making it suitable for big and small organizations alike. The reporting and analytics are also fantastic tools. For me, the biggest benefit has been to save time and lessen my workload. Its easy to use, which makes it a great choice for those new to automation. Moreover, I can now easily monitor and manage my robotic processes with the help of Blue Prism. On the whole, I rate Blue Prism quite highly. The product vision is well-defined, the features are comprehensive and the overall experience is rewarding.

My team and I recently had the opportunity to test Blue Prism Intelligent RPA and their RPA software offering. All in all, I am not impressed at all and would give the product two out of five stars. The cost of ownership for Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is very high compared to other similar products available. This can lead to significant burden for both large and small teams. On top of that, you also have to purchase additional training kits and workshops to get a basic understanding on how to use it. The product vision for Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is also lacking. They are not taking into account user experience or customer outcomes, just focusing on the automation of processes. This could be beneficial in the short-term, but could lead to subpar customer experiences over time. In terms of product features, Blue Prism Intelligent RPA Platform is rather basic. Automating processes are possible but offer no custom settings or reporting options. It also doesnt integrate with external systems and the security features are lacking. For all of these issues, I give Blue Prism Intelligent RPA a two out of five stars review.
