'Review 4 Overall Rating: 3.5/5 We recently opted for EZFlow from EPSoftâ€™s robotic process automation software for one of our business needs. The product feature set was quite decent and the service automation. However, I found the product vision to be relatively less advanced compared to its peers. For instance, the capability to automatically analyse the process and make recommendation on the enhancement was missing from the product. Furthermore, the cost of ownership was not conducive and slightly on the higher side based on its feature set. To conclude, EZFlow by EPSoftâ€™s provides decent feature set but the cost of ownership is high considering the relative feature set. Also, the product vision in terms of process variable and enhancement is not up to the mark compared to other products in the market.'

Review 5: Overall, I wouldnt consider EZFlow by ePsOfts Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offerings to be of great value for the price Im paying. After trying to set up and run various processes with the software, I was only able to successfully do several of the more basic ones. For anything more technical, I simply couldnt get the software to run it and ended up having to contact third-party technicians for help. Furthermore, I found the user interface to be is quite lacking and the user manual was quite inadequate in providing guidance. On top of that, the cost of the software seemed a bit too much given the features offered. I believe it is still quite early on to be recommending this software as it appears to have limited support for futuristic use cases.

Overall Innovation: I rate two out of five stars for innovation. The automation available from EZFlow is subpar compared to other RPA products on the market. Additionally, error detection capabilities are extremely limited. Use of Next Generation Technology: I rate one out of five stars for use of next generation technology. The GUI is outdated, and the configuration options for the software are rather limited. Interoperability and Integration: I rate three out of five stars for interoperability and integration. This software does offer some level of integration with popular programs, but there are still some basic integration tasks that it cannot handle.

For starters, I find the user interface quite tricky to navigate around and it doesnt help that the documentation provided is quite basic and lacking in valuable knowledge that I could use to get my processes up and running. Furthermore, I found the cost of the software to be quite high given the features that it offers and generally it doesnt seem to have sufficient value against other RPA offerings. Im not sure yet if I can get enough work done to justify the costs.

I have used the EZFlow by EPSoft RPA software in my company for the past several months. For the most part, Ive been pleased with the intuitive workflow creating process and the features that it offers. However, when it comes to customer service and integration, I would not rate the service very highly. The most notable aspect of the software for me was its graphical UI and the drag and drop feature for workflow creating. I found this to be quite user-friendly and easy to use. The analytics are good, but I wouldve liked to have had more advance statistics. The process automation is relatively reliable, but much room still needs to be made for improvement. On the other hand, the customer service experience was quite underwhelming. I expected better response times, but instead I got incomplete solutions that addressed only some aspects of the issues. As for interoperability and integrations, it was a tad bit complicated and I wasnt able to find support for some of the integrations I needed. Ultimately, I would rate the EZFlow by EPSoft Robotic Process Automation software as a 3 star. It has some good features, but it would be much better with greater customer service and more comprehensive integrations.

The ease of use was decent but not great, and it took me multiple tries to understand how some of the features worked - which was frustrating. I would rate its ease of use at 3/5. Supporting futuristic use cases was even more disappointing. It just didnt have enough features to enable me to design completely new use cases and this was infuriating. So I would give it a 2/5 in this respect. All in all, the package might be a decent fit for automating some complex processes, but I wouldnt call it great. I rate it at 3/5.

Its able to tackle any process automation tasks that my team throws at it and its remarkably efficient. What really stands out for me is the visuals, which makes it incredibly easy to use. Its quality interface makes it simpler to build and modify processes without coding. I appreciate the way the product was created with the vision of making processes more efficient. A major advantage that I found when using the product is the cost effectiveness. EZFlows software licensing structure is highly affordable, and its optional managed services adds further value. Ive found compared to its competitors, that this software offers great bang for the buck. In terms of features, I was pleasantly surprised with its easy-to-deploy system and customizable bots. 'I've been working with the EZFlow RPA software from EPSoft for some time now, and overall I'm pleased with how it's been performing. We've found that it's very capable of handling most of our core automation needs, however, it has its weaknesses. Specifically, I have issues with the user-interface. It feels dated and could use some improvement. Additionally, the learning curve is a bit steep and some of the features can be a bit complicated to understand or use. Despite these issues, the product vision is still well thought out and I appreciate the amount of customization allowed to tailor the workflow to our specific needs. In terms of product features, the range of tasks that EZFlow can do is quite expansive. It's capable of automating nearly any repetitive task, such as data entry, human resources tasks, etc. Additionally, the integration options it offers are quite powerful. We were able to integrate with several of our existing systems and even developed a custom API for uncommon data needs. I'd give EZFlow a 3/5 for ease of use. Some of the complexities of the software turn off non-technical users and even some of our more experienced developers find it overwhelming. While there are tutorials and documentation to help learn the software, I still feel like there's room for improvement here. Overall, I'm positively impressed with EZFlow's RPA software offerings. Despite a few shortcomings, the product vision is solid, the integration options are stellar, and the range of tasks it can do is expansive. The user-interface and documentation could use a bit of an upgrade, but with that and other improvements, I am optimistic that EZFlow will be a leader in the RPA space.'

I am a procurement manager who was looking for an efficient and reliable solution for my needs, which this software provided in spades. The product vision is very insightful and helpful from invoice recognition, KPI analysis and supplier management, to its ability to give great insights into future trends and scenarios. Additionally, the product features such as email classification, natural language processing, machine learning and advanced analytics are outstanding and give great value for money. The futuristic use cases of voice recognition and chatbot interaction are particularly exciting. I have no hesitation in giving this software a rating of 8 out of 10.

Ive recently used the EZFlow by EPSoft Robotic Process Automation Software software in my professional process automation, and while it has some useful features, Ive experienced some issues when trying to integrate it with other systems. the customer service experience was not optimal, either. When it comes to process automation, the software certainly packs lots of useful features that provide an overall good user experience. Automations can be set up very quickly and I liked the intuitive drag and drop graphical interface. That said, it lacks certain features which could make the process easier (for example; I had hoped for more in-depth process analytics). As for customer service and support, I cannot give more than a 2-star rating. Even after several emails and a few phone calls, I barely received a response. When I did receive a response, it was unhelpful and evasive, so I had to seek help elsewhere. Interoperability and integration with the EZFlow by EPSoft RPA software wasnt great. While I figured out how to do it, it was by no means straightforward. I experienced multiple issues with the system and wasnt able to integrate it with some of the other systems, alas, owing to a lack of available APIs or even instruction documents or videos. Overall, the EZFlow by EPSoft could be great with a few minor improvements and some better customer service. Id rate the software 3 stars due to the interoperability and integration issues combined with the poor customer support.

Im a Senior Manager and Ive been using EZFlow by EPSoft for a few months now. Its been great for reducing our workload and freeing up staff hours for more value-adding tasks. The products vision of making processes more efficient, accessible and streamlined is what drew me to it, and Im very satisfied with the results. The features of EZFlow come with a cost-effective software licensing mode, and its optional managed services are highly valuable. The Workflow Designer is great for quickly setting up process automation, and the customization of the bots fits my needs perfectly. On top of all that, the easy-to-deploy system eliminates the need to set up various tools and script languages, making the whole process a lot smoother. Id give the product an 8/10. It certainly gets the job done but there are occasions where troubleshooting and managing can be a bit of a challenge. But despite this, EZFlow by EPSoft is a very useful product and would highly recommend it.

1. EZFlow by EPSoft is an RPA software that has been a great addition to our companys tech stack. We have used it for about a year now, and our experience with it has been satisfactory. The software did not take too long to learn, and it has improved efficiency quite significantly. The automation processes that have been developed and implemented with EZFlow are a breeze to use and maintain. It has helped us in reducing the workload of our onsite operational staff and improves customer service. However, I must express some dissatisfaction when it comes to customer service and the pricing model adopted by EPSoft. Despite having a customer service component, the response time is quite slow, and queries are not adequately addressed right away. This can be a great improvement area. Furthermore, the pricing model, when judged on its Value for Money factor, comes off as quite expensive. We have to pay quite a bit as a license fee, which is not justified based on the features and options promised. Rating: 7/10.

'Review 5 Overall Rating: 3/5 I recently used EZFlow, the robotic process automation software from EPSoft. The product helped in automating various dull and mundane tasks in our business processes. The setup and configuration process of the product was quite smooth and required less effort from us. The drag and drop feature of the product was particularly helpful with integrating it with other external systems such as HRMS, ERP etc. We also used the service automation features and process opportunity assessment services available in product to its maximum. To summarise, the EZFlow from EPSoft is good for basic automation. However, I found that the cost of ownership of this product is slightly on the higher side and the featureset compared to its features is not that comprehensive compared to its other RPA software counterparts in the market.'

I found the response times to be slow and the solutions offered were rarely complete. As far as the integration goes, I really struggled to integrate it with some systems since there wasnt any help or instruction files available. Given the pros and cons, Id rate the EZFlow by EPSoft RPA software a 3 out of 5. The features are great, but I think that customer service and integration are essential elements and could really improve the overall experience of using the system.

I had to spend a considerable amount of time figuring out how some of the features worked and there were also some features that were missing. For that reason I would rate its ease of use at 3/5. In terms of supporting futuristic use cases, this was pretty disappointing. The features available werent enough to enable me to rapidly design completely new use cases, so I give it a 2/5 in this respect. I think the package is fair (given the price tag) and can be helpful in automating complex processes, as long as you are ok with only making minor changes to the existing use cases. I would rate it at 3/5

Its intuitive drag-and-drop UI allows me to quickly create bots for repetitive process tasks, freeing up staff hours for more value-added tasks, and reducing overall workload. Its vision to make processes more efficient, accessible and streamlined is admirable, and on a whole, I quite like the product. As far as the features go, the Workflow Designer is the star of the show. Along with its graphical UI, it ensures trouble-free setup, and allows for easy modification and maintenance for data-driven bots. The easy-to-deploy system makes launching process automation a breeze, as it eliminates the need to set up various tools and script languages. And the customizable bots also let us deploy models tailored to our specific needs. So, overall, the features are very useful. On the cost of ownership front, EZFlow by EPSoft stands out. The software licensing mode is user-friendly and cost-effective, giving us the opportunity to constantly upgrade and add new features as we go, meaning were able to keep up with the ever-changing technological landscape. The optional managed services are also of great value and really take the hassle out of having to manage our bots ourselves. For the above reasons, I rate EZFlow by EPSoft a 8.5/10. Its not perfect, of course, and there are occasional moments of frustration (like when Im trying to troubleshoot an issue), but these incidents are relatively few and far between, and overall Im very happy with the product.

I recently tested EZFlow by EPSOFTs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software offering and heres what I thought of it. The ease of use was good but not great. I needed to review the tutorials multiple times to get comfortable with how the software works - unlike other software programs where I was able to get up to speed quickly. I would give the ease of use a 3/5 rating. In terms of supporting futuristic use cases, EZFlow failed to impress. I didnt have enough flexibility or features to design completely new use cases and at best I was able to make minor modifications to the existing processes. So I would give it a 2/5 in this respect. At the end of the day, its a fair package given the price and in some cases it could be helpful in automating complex processes. I give it a 3/5 rating.

'I have been using EZFlow, a robotic process automation software from EPSoft, for some time and have both positive and negative impressions. Firstly, the product vision is great and the range of features are extensive. This allows us to automize nearly any computer-based task with ease, including data entry and human resource activities. The integration options are also very helpful and we've been able to integrate with existing data sources and even develop custom APIs. Unfortunately, the user-interface is a bit dated and unintuitive at times. This can lead to a longer learning curve, not to mention a few of the options being a bit complex. I would also suggest EPSoft improve the documentation and tutorials as, while helpful, there could be more done to make it a smoother experience for non-technical personnel. In all, I give EZFlow a rating of 3.5/5. Despite some restrictions, the product vision is sound and its range of features makes it a useful tool. With some tweaks and improvements, I am confident that EPSoft's RPA software will be a market leader.'

Although the ease of use is good and I was able to get up to speed with the functionalities after some time, I still wouldnt call it great. Consequently I would give it a 3/5 rating. Supporting futuristic use cases was a let down as well. The features available were limited and I was only able to make minor modifications to existing processes. As such I would give it a 2/5 in terms of supporting future use cases. At the end of the day, the software offers good value for money and can help in automating complex processes. But I would still keep expectations low and rate it at 3/5.

That said, I am not sure if EPSoft entirely delivers what it promises when it comes to Customer Service. The response times are not always quick, and queries are not adequately addressed. The software allows for quite a lot of automation, and this is something the R&D department has been able to take advantage of. I, however, have faced several issues with the software. The user documentation is very poor and hence, it is very difficult to access some features without the help of customer support. Also, the software does not come with any out of the box features for integration, which means a lot of manual work is required to integrate with other systems. The Ease of Use was one of the key requirements for me, and I am glad to report that the user interface was intuitive and the navigation bars were simple. I was able to quickly understand how the product worked and set up the automation processes. I was also pleased with the cost of ownership. EPSoft did not skimp on security features and performance, yet the cost was quite reasonable. I was able to quickly set up my processes without any unexpected costs. Overall, EZFlow is an excellent RPA software. It has a reasonable cost of ownership and a friendly user interface. I would rate the Ease of Use 4.5/5 stars and the Cost of Ownership 4/5 stars.

Ive been an Engineering Manager for the past 10 years and recently used EZFlow by EPSOFTs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software offering to automate a simple process. The ease of use is good, but I wouldnt call it great. It did take me sometime to figure out how some features worked and also some features were missing. I give it a 3/5 rating in terms of ease of use. As far as supporting futuristic use cases, this was a bit disappointing. Sure, some of the existing features did provide me the flexibility to make modifications to the existing process but nothing that would enable me to rapidly design completely new use cases. I would give it a 2/5 in this respect. All in all its a fair package (given the price tag) and could be helpful in automating complex processes, as long as you are ok with just minor modifications to the existing use cases. I give it a rating of 3/5.

After implementing the software, the lack of accurate documentation has caused considerable delays when trying to get certain features up and running. Furthermore, the user interface design is quite outdated and the user experience isnt as intuitive as I would have hoped. I also think that we ended up overpaying for the software given the features and integration options we have now. Even worse, when trying to run more complex processes, the system simply crashed and couldnt handle them. Consequently, my opinion is that the software doesnt provide the potential for futuristic use cases and I wouldnt recommend investing in it at this time.

I have been working with EZFLOW BY EPSOFTs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offerings for a few months now and I am more than impressed. Firstly the level of interoperability and integration the software has is incredible. It allows for so many combinations of programs to be used together and in harmony. As an example, I was able to integrate our Excel program with the new RPA software to spot any inaccuracies or incomplete data points. It was as simple as just dragging and dropping the files into the software and I was able to seamlessly move from using a separate program to using a new one with this. The product vision at EZFLOW BY EPSOFT is also top notch. Allowing users to customize the software to their specific needs was a feature which I havent seen with many other programs. To take the example above, I was able to easily adjust the accuracy to match the desired end result and if I ever had any questions, their support team is usually only an email away to help me. The product features themselves for EZFLOW BY EPSOFTs RPA Software offerings are again another stand out. They can do the boring parts of our workdays for us in seconds. Again to use the same example as above, I searched through 1000 entries in 10 minutes. This is what makes EZFLOW BY EPSOFT a real contender when I consider RPA software. Overall, I would give EZFLOW BY EPSOFTs Robotic Process Automation Software offerings a 9/10. The interoperability and integration, product vision and product features are all exceptional and can save us a lot of time. The software was easy to set up and relatively straightforward to use, and allowed me to quickly automate many of my manual tasks. The integration with our existing applications and platforms hasnt been without a few hiccups, however. It was occasionally difficult to integrate the software correctly, meaning my team had to spend extra time configuring settings and troubleshooting. The customer service was also quite hit and miss. While they were quick to respond whenever I had a query, the advice they provided was often either inadequate to solve the problem, or incorrect. From its all-in-one integration possibilities and library of activities to its amazing drag and drop editor and visual feedback feature, Ive yet to find a better of RPA software. The software was incredibly easy to use, with the drag and drop feature a definite plus! Furthermore, since our team was new to RPA, the detailed visual feedback was particularly beneficial. In terms of downsides, I encountered a few trouble spots at the beginning which I assume was due to lack of a comprehensive tutorial. Although I was able to persevere through these, user experience could be improved with more in-depth tutorials. The slow start-up time was unusual, however I think this could have been due to other technical issues out of EZFlows control. Ive had the privilege of using the EZFlow by EPSoft Robotic Process Automation Software for the past few weeks and I must say that it has mostly met my expectations. The workflow creator is simple and fast, and the visual UI is quite pleasing. Additionally, I found the process analytics useful in optimizing our workflow. Although there are many good points to the software, there is still much room for improvement. The customer service, in particular, was not up to the standards I would have liked. It often took several days to receive a response and the solutions they provided were not always comprehensive. Also, the availability of documentation or videos was not sufficient. I struggled to integrate the software with some other systems and had to ask for help on other forums. In regards to interoperability and integration, Id say its a bit clunky. I was able to integrate it with most systems, but some of the processes were not as smooth as I would have liked. Taking all this into consideration, Id rate the EZFlow by EPSoft RPA software a 3/5. It has some great features, but it could be made much better if more work was done on customer service and integration.

Review 5: I strongly believe that EZFlow by EPSoft is one of the most innovative and efficient Robotic Process Automation tools out there. The combination of high interoperability and integration capabilities with a simple operating system make for an effortless and user-friendly experience. I was also very impressed with the library of actions and activities included in EZFlow; allowing us to quickly assemble projects from automated components on the interface. Overall, this software has provided us with an uncomplicated way to automate labor-intensive tasks. As a customer success leader, I have mostly had positive notes about the software. If I had to raise any grievances, it would be the lack of a comprehensive tutorial to support those with no coding experience. Additionally, there have been a few issues with slow start-up times at times, but nothing major compared to the positives. All in all, I think EZFlow is certainly worth trying and I would rate it a 7/10 due to its amazing interoperability, integration capabilities, and its incredibly user-friendly interface.

5. EZFlow has been an integral part of our R&D department for the past year. We have used it for automation purposes, and the software has delivered quite well on that front. We can quickly and seamlessly implement automation processes with this software, improving efficiency and customer service at the same time. However, I cannot say the same for Customer Service. The response times adopted by EPSoft are quite slow, and the queries we have forwarded so far have not been properly addressed. This is something that EPSoft needs to work upon. Furthermore, I was able to set up a digital assistant chatbot which has been helping me a lot in providing customer assistance. No more having to personally respond to every customer query - instead, I can just let EZFlow and the chatbot handle it. On top of all this, EZFlow is compatible with Voice Assistants and Alexa, which makes it much more efficient and user-friendly. I programmed my Voice Assistant with it, and it has been a great decision. I can easily automate a lot of mundane tasks which used to take a lot of time to do manually. The customer service I provide is impeccable because of the time saving benefits it offers. Considering the support for futuristic use cases, I would give it 4.5/5 stars rating.
