Overall, the software shows some promise but there are still areas of improvement that could be made. Starting with their product vision, I was impressed with their ambition but found the lack of guidance regarding how to implement their vision was lacking. What I mean by this is that while the software offers some degree of automation, it ultimately needs to be paired with a framework that helps users understand how to create a workflow in order to fully automate the process. On the whole, the product features are fairly easy to use but can be cumbersome in certain situations. This is especially true when it comes to integrating the software with existing systems. It can be tricky to do this in certain setups, which can add to the overall difficulty of using the software. In terms of supporting futuristic use cases, the software does offer a few, though I found these to be limited and not particularly powerful. For example, the software does not provide the same level of customization found in other software packages and the predictive analytics capabilities are fairly basic compared to some of the other providers. Overall, I would rate HPA, A COGNIZANT COMPANYs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering as a 6/10. There are some good features and a lot of potential, but there is still significant room for improvement.

From a usability standpoint, their product is quite intuitive and user-friendly, allowing for quick onboarding and basic operations. We have been using this software for over a year now and it has truly been a remarkable experience for us. The vision and the companys mission have been more than admired. The ease of use and the detailed automation reports it offers have been simply excellent. The technical and customer support staff is far beyond the expectations. The pricing model, the ease of implementation and deployment has been just amazing. Plus, their customer services personnel have always helped us in times of crisis, without fail. The best part of the HPA RPA software is that you get a 360-view of your process and tasks in a blink. The draw back I would say is the lack of integration opportunities, in terms of other integrated systems and platforms. With that very minor quibble aside, we are simply delighted at the smooth sailing of operations and value the product immensely. I would rate this robot process automatform a solid 8.7/10. The pre-programmed bots were effective to a certain degree, but their limitations soon become apparent when I tried to use them for more complex functions. Additionally, despite boasting of AI and ML capabilities, the software did not offer any tangible benefit that I could derive from these tools. The user experience was yet another issue that I encountered. Setting up and managing the bots was not an intuitive process, and the user guide was not very helpful in this regard either. Additionally, the lack of integration with other systems made the software less of an advantage than I had initially hoped. Based on my negative experience with the software, I would give it a rating of 2 out of 5 stars.

On the surface, the product features seemed quite promising as it included pre-programmed bots that can be used across multiple tasks and a few Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. However, I found the process of setting up and getting started with the software to be incredibly challenging. Despite having advanced technical knowledge, I found myself struggling to properly configure, deploy and test the RPA bots. The ease of use was perhaps the biggest downside of this system as using it was simply too complicated for the average user. Even novice users struggled to navigate the platform and utilize the bots as the interface was too sluggish and the users guide was not user-friendly. Furthermore, the lack of up-to-date technologies made it difficult to integrate the RPA bots with other applications. My overall rating for this software based on my negative sentiments would be 2 out of 5 stars.

The product features are fairly straightforward and easy to use, but I did find the integration of the software into existing set-ups difficult. This is an issue that needs to be resolved if the software is to ever reach its full potential. Additionally, while the software offers some degree of support for futuristic use cases, I found the number of these limited and the capabilities of them fairly basic in comparison to other software packages. The customization options and the predictive analytics capabilities, for instance, are not as robust as those found in other providers. Review 2 I recently had the chance to review HPA, A COGNIZANT COMPANYs Robotic Process Automation software. Despite the initial promise of simplified, automated tasks and the ability to integrate AI and Machine Learning (ML) capabilities, I was sadly disappointed. The product features, though varied, generally lacked the level of innovation necessary for them to be effective for any organization. The same was true for the use of next-generation technologies, making it hard to apply the bots to other systems and applications. The ease of use was another major issue as the interface offered a lot of complexities that only seasoned developers would understand. I had to do a lot of trial and error in order to learn how to use the platform, and in the end it took me considerably longer than anticipated. I had to consult the user guide on a regular basis, and even then I still had difficulty trying to properly configure and deploy the bots. My current rating for this software based on my overall experience would be 2 out of 5 stars.

The product features are generally user-friendly, with enough flexibility to cater for most tasks. Unfortunately, I did find that integrating the software into existing systems can be quite troublesome. This issue needs to be dealt with if HPA wants to be competitive with other similar software products. In terms of futuristic use cases, the software does offer a few but these tend to be quite basic in comparison to what other providers provide. Customization options, in particular, are limited and the predictive analytics capabilities are significantly behind those of its competitors.
