'Review 5: Rating : 3.5/5 I recently had the opportunity to work with Laiye's RPA offering and I am generally pleased with the product. The user interface was easy to navigate, even for new users, and provided us with everything we needed to streamline manual operations. However, one area I would improve the product would be in regards to the customer service and support. The team was great in responding to queries, however I felt that they lacked the information to truly provide users with the help they needed. In addition, while Laiye's product provided us with value for money, I felt that it lacked in providing futuristic use cases to truly innovate existing systems. Overall, I rate this product a 3.5 out of 5 stars - its a good product, but there's definitely room for improvement.'

'5 I have been testing out Laiye RPA's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software offerings over the past few weeks and I have to say that I am quite impressed. Their product offers great support for futuristic use cases, giving us an edge with the automation. The workflow builder was by far the best feature for me. It had a great selection of pre-built modules and templates, making it incredibly easy to create the necessary workflows without having to code. The software is equipped with the latest technology and its drag and drop feature is truly remarkable. The ability to easily and swiftly create process flows without any coding experience is a major plus. It also integrates into our existing IT systems and allows us to access the data we need with minimal effort. However, there are aspects of this software where optimization is needed. For instance, the software has difficulty tracking previous steps in a process. As a result, extra time is needed to retrospectively review the accuracy of each step and manually input the process information into the system. This could be resolved if the software had an auto-tracking feature. Overall, I would rate the software as an 8 out of 10. I was enthusiastic at first to dive in, but after using the software for a couple weeks now, Iâ€™d have to give it a two stars out of five. I find the software to be so user-unfriendly and confusing with all of its complexities and complexities. I also found their customer service response rate to be quite slow, taking days to get back to me, which led to quite a bit of frustration. This Software allows us to automate various tedious and/or manual processes that were not efficient before. Were now able to save resources and time by executing our tasks quickly and accurately. I appreciate how simple it is to use and configure, so teams can start automating tasks almost immediately after its installed. What I really love about it is that its very accessible and extensible. You can quickly create workflows and scale them effortlessly. It also has strong security features and protocols that protect the data in our infrastructure. Event log analytics is also available to get an insight into whats going on in our system. In addition, the customer support and overall reliability of the product have been outstanding, being available even on the weekends. I give this product 5/5 stars thanks to its many features!

The team had very few challenges in terms of ease of use or understanding the tool. One of the main reasons for me hiring Laiye RPA was because of their reputation for strong customer support and quick turnaround of resolutions. I am very pleased to find that before deploying the software, the team was able to take up the vast majority of training given by the company, allowing us to use the software to automate different time-consuming tasks. The team was very impressed by the sheer amount of tasks that the software was capable of automating. We used it to automate the onboarding of new employees, carry out the payroll process and automate a data entry process. The software has also allowed significant cost savings, meaning that the team could save up to 60 percent of effort and cost of the human labor on certain tasks. In terms of value for money, Laiye RPA had the right mix of both features and pricing. The companyâ€™s pricing model also allowed us to make payments in installments, which helped us with budgeting. 'I recently purchased the Laiye RPA's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering for my small business, taking into account all the features it had to offer. But I wasn't satisfied at all with the interoperability and integration features, as it ran into a lot of errors and I couldn't find any workarounds for it. When I asked the customer service team for help, I was quite disappointed as they provided no help and were uncooperative. On the customer service front, the team responded to my queries slowly and I had to ask the same query multiple times to get any answers. The team also wasnâ€™t very accommodating, which was really off-putting. All things considered, I wouldnâ€™t rate the Laiye RPA's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering more than 2/5 for interoperability and integration and 1/5 for customer service. I would not recommend this package to anyone, especially to small business owners who expect quality customer service.'

Review #4 Weve been using Laiye RPA software for several months now, and I have to say that the experience has been quite good. The customer service staff was incredibly helpful in helping us get up and running and the graphical interface was quite easy to understand. The software was able to automate many of our processes quite effectively, and the visualization tool was quite helpful in getting an insight into them. It was also quite scalable to handle multiple projects simultaneously. However, some of our teams encountered some difficulty in setting up the necessary integrations with other software. This was addressed quite quickly as the customer service staff was more than accommodating in helping us figure out a solution. Overall, Id say that Laiye RPA software has been very useful for us. I have been using the RPA software solutions offered by Laiye and have been quite pleased with the results. The bots are easily configurable and require minimal effort to set up and deploy. The technical team had to actively customize the product to ensure that it was in line with our needs, which ended up increasing the implementation time and cost. Review #1 Ive recently begun to use Laiye as our RPA software of choice and I have to say it looks quite promising. The customer service was helpful in getting our team set up, and the user interface is easy to figure out. We were able to set up several processes within no time. The software itself has been able to handle quite a few automation projects without any hiccups. The flows laid out for us were quite comprehensive, and the visualization tool was extremely useful for giving us a better insight into the process. The only thing that I found a bit difficult was the setup of integrations with other software particularly those required by our teams. Fortunately, the customer service was more than willing to assist us which was great in that respect. Overall, my experience with Laiye has been great so far, and Im looking forward to more projects that we can do with this software. Rating: 8/10.

I personally have had 4 years of experience with the software in a multinational company and can happily say that it has improved our efficiency significantly. The setup, integration and automation was a breeze due to the intuitive nature of the software. The customer service they offer is great too. The team are available during hours which are convenient for us, and they are quick to respond and resolve any problems. Most importantly, their staff have great technical knowledge and possess a passion for the software that makes them an asset for us. However, the software may seem pricy for small businesses and firms. Not only that, sometimes the customer service team can take a bit longer to respond in rare occasions which can be a problem. In conclusion, the software has many great qualities and the customer service is commendable. 'I recently purchased the Laiye RPA's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering as I believed it to offer many helpful features for my small business. However, the interoperability and integration wasnâ€™t smooth sailing as I ran into a lot of errors. I asked the customer service team for help and the team was not very helpful and just gave me a few options. As far as the customer service was concerned, the team was quite disappointing as well. They took a long time to reply to my queries and I sometimes didn't even get the same answer twice. The team also wasn't very accommodating and was of little help. Overall, I would give the Laiye RPA's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering 2/5 for interoperability and integration and 1/5 for the customer service. I wouldnâ€™t recommend this package to any small business owner as they should not be expecting much from the customer service.'

My business unit has recently started using LAIYEs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software and so far, the results were not too encouraging. Firstly, the product is quite costly compared to other options in the market. Secondly, the user experience is not great due to clunky navigation and poor theoretical layout. The setup was also very difficult and extremely lengthy. Customizing the product to fit with our needs took a while and there were quite a few integration problems with our existing software and processes. Technical staff had to actively work on solving this, which added to the cost and significantly increased the time taken. Overall, the LAIYE RPAs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software offerings wont get more than a 2 out of 5 from me. The cost and difficulty of working with the software make it a poor choice for our business and we would rather look at other options before considering it in the future.

The software is remarkably intuitive and easy to use, fully equipped with the latest technology. Its drag and drop feature is excellent for creating process flows. The interoperability and integration capabilities are exceptionally functional, allowing my team to access the data we need quickly and without much effort. In addition, it helps us to accurately and efficiently manage our inventory. However, there are certain aspects which could be improved. For example, there is currently no auto-tracking feature to the software. This means that we have to manually enter the process data, reducing our overall productivity. Overall, I would rate this software as an 8 out of 10. It has world-class features which are invaluable to our organization, but the lack of tracking feature makes it an incomplete system.

While I was provided with all the features it offered, the interoperability and integration was quite a let down. I ran into a lot of errors that I couldn't work around. The customer service team offered me virtually no help and the response wasn't prompt either. The customer service team was also quite unhelpful with my queries. For a particular query, I had to repeat it multiple times and still did not get a uniform answer. The team also wasn't very accommodating. Having experienced the software, I would give the Laiye RPA's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering a rating of 2/5 for the interoperability and integration and a rating of 1/5 for Customer service. I have had an incredibly positive experience with the product and would like to share it here. First I need to acclaim the product vision of Laiye. Its vision of a complete automation and modern infrastructure is what drew us to its product first. As an Engineering Manager, I already had a huge expectation from the product to make automation as easy and efficient as possible. Laiye didnt disappoint me as it made it super easy for our team to implement the automation process across wide range of projects. I was impressed with the intuitive nature of the product and the support for power user commands and activities that allowed us to customize automation to fit our disparate scenarios. The product features were another highlight. I was sure that it would come with a great set of features and this turned out to be true. It had a great visual designer that allowed us to easily implement a lot of complex scenarios without canals of coding. It also comes with comprehensive reporting and analytics that allow me to keep track of our automation progress. It even has a feature to execute and repeat tasks on scheduled basis which really helps us in automating our routine task efficiently. Its also very new-tech ready. We have found Laiye to be extremely useful in handling AI tasks like natural language process and complex pattern recognition tasks, with relative ease. Whats more, the product itself keeps getting regular updates that only makes it more suitable to use with the new tech. Lastly, the customer support from Laiye team is absolutely splendid. They are prompt in addressing our queries and very helpful in providing technical support. Overall, I feel very comfortable in rating Laiye Robotic Process for Automation with 5 out of 5 stars. It has been a wonderful experience so far and its feature rich product, reliable customer support and new-tech readiness stands it apart from similar products in the market.

Review 2: I recently acquired Laiye RPA as our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software and while Im a fan of how user-friendly and straightforward it is, Ive also experienced a few downsides. Though the setup was incredibly easy, the same cant be said for the uninstall process. It took much longer and involved more steps than it really should have. I also dont appreciate their unwillingness to customize the UI. Though it can be adjusted to some extent, Ive had to resort to using third-party customizations at my own cost which is a bit of a bummer. That said, I feel the positives outweigh the negatives when it comes to the overall value of Laiye RPA for small businesses. The upfront cost is quite low so Ive been able to easily integrate it into our budget. Additionally, Im excited about the potential for future development as the RPA space is ever-evolving. All things considered, with a few improvements here and there, Laiye RPA is a 7/10 from me.

'I recently signed up for Laiye RPA's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering and was really excited as I heard they were the pioneers in this area. Most of the reviews of their service were glowing and I got them at an affordable price. While I can understand why they were popular, I'd have to say I'm a bit disappointed in their interoperability and integration and the customer service that came with the package. First, with interoperability and integration, it seemed to me that the service wasn't smooth when I tried to combine it with other platforms. I was getting error messages and had trouble figuring out a workaround. The customer service team offered me virtually no help when I asked for support. This was quite off-putting. As for customer service, the team wasn't that equipped to help me with my queries. I had to ask around twice or thrice for the same query and same response. This ate into my valuable time and was really frustrating. To top off the terrible experience with customer service, the team was not very accommodating. Overall, I would give the Laiye RPA's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software offering a rating of 2/5 for the interoperability and integration and a rating of 1/5 for Customer service. My experience with the package has been lukewarm at the best. I would recommend this software to a small business owner, but only if you don't have any high expectations from the customer service.'
