That lack of product vision is more apparent now, with certain features and processes not really fitting in with my current workflow and needing lots of manual effort to be able to control them. In my experience, I have worked with many different companies to help them automate their business processes. Recently, Ive had the opportunity to use Mintmesh Incs RPA offerings. I must say that Im quite impressed with what Mintmesh Inc. has been able to provide. The user interface for their products is intuitive and easy to use, featuring a drag-and-drop screen. I am especially impressed with the automated workflow capabilities of their products, as it allows their customers to easily set up processes from start to finish. However, my biggest complaint is their customer service. I had some issues with the product, and I found it very difficult to get a response from customer service. It took me two weeks to get a response from them, and the response wasnt very helpful. In terms of value for money, I think Mintmesh Inc. offers a good deal. The product works well and the customer service has improved, but I still feel that it is a bit pricey. Overall, I would give Mintmesh Inc.s RPA offerings an average rating of 6/10.

Its got a very user-friendly interface, and the technical support staff are always readily available to answer any questions we have. The customer service experience has been exemplary. The cost of ownership is also quite reasonable. The only downside is that its slightly more expensive than some of the other RPA software solutions on the market, but the features and user experience you get with Rudy make it worth every penny. Even then, there was no guarantee that it would be reliable or that it would work as intended in the future. In addition, customer service wasnt up to par. We need to be able to rely on the customer service team for prompt and helpful solutions to our challenges and that wasnt something that the customer service reps of Rudy could provide. Mintmesh Inc. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Services Review #2 I recently had the chance to evaluate Mintmesh Inc.s Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution. Overall, I was quite impressed with the product. The user interface was simple and user-friendly. The product also has a great automated workflow feature, which makes it quite easy to set up processes from start to finish. However, I did have a few issues with customer service. The customer service was a bit slow to respond and when they did, the response was not very helpful. In terms of value for money, I think Mintmesh Inc.s RPA solutions are of good value. The product works well and the customer service has improved, but Ibstill feel that it is a bit pricey compared to other offerings in the market. Overall, from my perspective I would rate Mintmesh Inc.s RPA solutions an average of 5/10.

Their software is certainly durable as it has been helping me in automation for over 6 months now. Product features: MintMesh Incs RPA software offers up-to-date features that enable me to set up natural language processing bots for automated communication with customers; create rules for creating documents, invoices and databases; and automate decisions and cash flow planning. All these features combined has been very helpful. Ease of use: The user interface of the software is quite user-friendly, even an old European male like me is able to use it quite easily. Assistance from the staff was a bonus as they offer performance augmentation and troubleshooting. Cost of ownership: The cost of ownership of MintMesh Incs RPA software is very economical and can be scaled up or down to suit my needs. The ROI offered has been considerable as it helps in reducing manual labour costs drastically. Overall rating: 8.8/10

Review 2 I have been using MintMesh Incs Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Software, Rudy, in our business for the past year. I have some mixed feelings so far. The main concern I have is with the integration and interoperability capabilities of the software. It is not always very easy to get Rudy to integrate with all of the other systems that our business uses and it can be a bit of a challenge. I would rate Rudy a 3 out of 5 for integration and interoperability for this reason. On the other hand, I believe the software offers really cutting edge technology and a great set of features that can help automate hundreds of processes. It incorporates state-of-the-art automation without needing human intervention, which is really impressive. I think the software is a novel use of the best and most modern technologies, so I would rate Rudy a 5 out of 5 for overall innovation and use of next generation technology. All in all, Rudy has a lot of potential and is a great product overall, however, the interoperability and integration capabilities still need some work.

Automating mundane and repetitive tasks was a lot smoother and simpler than it was before. The product has a strong focus on futuristic use cases and encourages customers to think differently. The product is quite performance orientated and provides seamless interoperability and integration with third party products. The product can be scaled up and down effortlessly and the customization capability adds to its versatility. Another major plus point of the product is the user-friendly interface. This makes it easier to toggle between processes and tasks without much human intervention. Firstly and foremost, the product lacks vision: It requires manual intervention at every step of the process, making it less efficient and robust than it could be.
