When it comes to benchmarking and analyzing click-through rates, or when tailorizing content, the AI-driven insights are quite helpful. The generated reports are also quite useful and accurate, which is something I do appreciate a lot.
I did encounter a few workflow issues while using the product, but the technical support team helped me out immediately, so I am grateful for that.
All in all, I think Meltwater's product is quite powerful and I rate it 4 out of 5 stars. While it certainly has room for improvement, it is a great tool with an impressive product vision.'

My team and I recently integrated Meltwater’s Social Media Analytics Software into our existing workflow. We have been using it for the past few weeks, and there have been a few areas of improvement I would like to share.
First off, the customer service we received was not up to my expectations. While the representatives were friendly and accommodating to our initial needs, they never quite followed through when we asked for additional assistance to adapt the software to our existing processes.
Cost of ownership is also something to be aware of. Though the software offers a lot of data, the pricing structure is a bit confusing and can make it difficult to understand what you get for the money you spend.

I've been using Meltwater's Social Media Analytics Software for a few months and thus far, while the product has lived up to its vision, I'm a bit disappointed with some of the features - particularly when it comes to ease of use.
The ability to track and measure the performance of all of my social media accounts across several platforms is an impressive feature, as is the ability to benchmark and analyze click-through rates and engagement metrics for individual posts. But unfortunately, that's about all that it does. There's no AI-driven insights, limited data collaboration, and inconsistent reporting.
Also, I'd argue that the item navigation and workflow could be improved upon. It's difficult to find the exact feature you're looking for and the UI needs a lot of work.
In conclusion, Meltwater has given me the ability to track, measure, and analyze my social media accounts in a timely manner… but with a lack of comprehensive product features and a difficult UI, I can only give it a rating of 2.5 out of 5.'

The user interface of the software is extremely clunky and not user-friendly. On top of that, the product features and even the product vision definitely need to be improved if they want to make any impression in the market. As for the customer service team, they are pretty much nonexistent. This definitely isn’t worth the money spent. All in all, I would give Meltwater’s software a 2 out of 5 stars.'
