Review 1 : Cost of Ownership Rating : 3/5 Small Factory Innovations is offering a suite of study tools that can be useful for students. Unfortunately, some of the costs associated with the tools can be a bit prohibitive for many students. While there are some the benefits of using the tools overall, the costs outweigh the positives for many users. For instance, one of the offering is a set of flashcards. While they do give the user the ability to practice quickly, they come with a hefty price tag of $30. This is too expensive for many students. Additionally, while they come with some nice features, they are static with no ability to update the content or customize it in any way. This severely limits their efficacy as a tool for learning. Thus, while the study tools are useful, their cost of ownership is too high for many users, earning Small Factory Innovations a rating of 3 out of 5.

Small Factory Innovations Study Tools review 3: I recently tested Small Factory Innovations study tools and, overall, it failed to meet expectations. The platform provides an ample amount of resources for learners, however, the user experience lets it down significantly. Navigating the platform was the first difficulty, as the features and sections werent made very clearly. I found that the design of the platform was very outdated and didnt give out a nice, intuitive feel. Even after adjusting to the platform, I found myself facing difficutlies while accessing the resources I needed. The study material itself was great, as expected. But I found that the platform as a whole, didnt provide many options that could be used in the future. While thematically the platform provides some features such as competitive analysis, I feel that more features could be added that utilize the more modern technologies such as AI and Machine Learning. The only con I could think of is that the pricing of the products can be quite steep and expensive. Following my purchase, I needed some help with the installation and setup and decided to reach out to tech support. Unfortunately, they took almost 5 days to respond and when they finally did, they were anything but helpful they were quite brusque and unhelpful. Furthermore, when I asked follow-up questions, they became rude and eventually cut off the conversation. My favorite feature of the offering was its support of futuristic use cases. It was very convenient for me to be able to switch between my current studies and upcoming projects and tasks with a single click. Additionally, the ease of use was superb; navigation and setup were straight-forward and I had no trouble quickly learning how to use the features. 2. Customer Service - 1.5/5 Small Factory Innovationss customer service was incredibly inadequate in my experience. When I first reached out to them with a technical question, it took them several days to respond and when they finally did they seemed to be uninterested in helping me resolve my query. I also found their customer support representatives to be quite unhelpful and unprofessional. On top of that, when my study tools arrived I had some questions about how to use them and I again received poor service.There were some issues with billing and delivery Im still waiting to get resolved and Ive even sent them multiple follow up emails without any response from them. All in all, I rate Small Factory Innovationss customer service 1.5/5.
