We are working with https://www.gaiadesign.com.mx/ on a chatbot app for this company - Yearly volume (in hours) of transcription required? We can´t say yet, we are only training the model yet - Languages needed? Spanish-MX if possible(if not spanish from Spain) - Deployment type? Google Cloud - Timescale of this project? We need to deliver a POC for August 2021 We would need 10k hours of Spanish-MX if possible(if not spanish from Spain) to train the model, if you have a special price for universities it would be awesome.Can you share how much would cost please? I recently purchased Voice Biometrics technology from PHONEXIA LTD to improve customer service security in our company. The product vision of the company is superb and they offer a great range of voice access control, voice identification and speaker recognition features. Setting up the user profiles, configuring the profiles, and integrating all users was also straightforward and easy. The cost of ownership was not too bad either, and the features offered enabled us to quickly implement the system and start using it. The same goes for interoperability, which was quite simple and efficient. Overall, the answer to the question “Is the product worth it?â€ is definitely yes. The customer service of PHONEXIA is also very reliable and helpful. Whenever we ran into issues, the company was always there to help us. The company is stable and mature and they also offer use of next generation technologies such as advanced AI-powered voice recognition. Their product is definitely a great value for money. We would give them an 8/10 rating for their product and customer service.

I recently purchased Voice Biometrics technology from PHONEXIA LTD to secure our customer service, and I must say that they delivered exactly what they promised and more. The product vision was good,and the features offered were robust enough to fulfill all our requirements. Speaker recognition and voice identification were both included and operated flawlessly. The ease of use is definitely worth noting. Setting up users and configuring user profiles was super fast and easy. The cost of ownership was also reasonable compared to other similar solutions from competitors. From an interoperability and integration point of view, I was pleased with the responsiveness and reliability of the product. The overall innovation and customer service from PHONEXIA was also fantastic. We found that the product offers use of next generation technologies, including highly advanced Artificial Intelligence. Additionally, our account manager was also helpful and practical when it came to organizing meetings and training our team on the product. Wed give them a 9/10 rating for their support and overall reliability.

In terms of product vision, customer service and overall innovation, PHONEXIA definitely delivers. Their Voice biometrics quickly became an industry leader by including features like speaker recognition and voice identification technology, as well as a customer order stance workflow to expedite the customer service process. After implementation, we found that their voice biometrics tool was really easy to use. Having the ability to quickly loop in users and configure their profiles saved us a lot of time. The cost of the solution was really good, and the interoperability and integration were simple and fast. The response we got from customer service post-implementation was fantastic, and they assisted us with any issues we ran into. Customer services was always courteous and timely in their response. Additionally, we found that the voice biometrics from PHONEXIA also offers use of next generation technology and helps to future-proof our business.
