The reduced pricing structure also enabled the company to aim at small and medium-sized enterprises, thereby increasing its customer base in the US and the global market. It has launched green UK data center in Europe to expand its operations. This expansion enabled Rackspace to help meet the growing demand of managed cloud services in the UK and Europe. Rackspace is investing heavily in building its product portfolio and creating new technologies to help businesses experience the benefits of bare metal cloud. In September 2016, Rackspace extended its managed application services to Microsoft Azure. This new offering introduced Rackspace’s premium dedicated support to customers operating the Sitecore experience platform on Azure.
