Ive recently been trying out ServiceMaxs Field Service Management system, and I must say its exceeding my expectations. The ease of use is why I kept coming back. I give it a 9 out of 10 in terms of usability as I easily filled in the required fields and picked up tasks with more efficiency each day. Moving on, in terms of overall innovation and the use of next-gen technology, ServiceMax really stands out. With features like analytics, scheduling and reporting, they have made life a lot easier in my office. I would have to rate them a 9/10 in this category. The only drawbacks I have are the learning curve, which can be too steep for my taste, and the lack of customer service. But all in all, Im very satisfied with ServiceMax.

The artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities were not up to the mark and I felt like the platform was missing crucial features like real-time analytics and field service dashboards. Given that several competitors have advanced features, ServiceMax deserves some improvements in this area. In the end, I would rate ServiceMaxs Field Service Management 6/10. It offers great features, while also future-proofing its services. However, there is still considerable room for improvement and more advanced features should definitely be added in the future.

Value for money (1 star) I have used ServiceMaxs Field Service Management offerings for many months and I have to say, despite the product being easy to use and advanced, it does not deliver value for money. While the product is advanced, with features such as predictive diagnostics and real-time communications, it is expensive to maintain and use. Even with their subscription model, additional costs quickly start adding up, leading to a great strain on my companys budget. Furthermore, it competes with cheaper, more competitive options in the market, which are a much better value for money.

Fighting technology has been my biggest downfall in life, however I was lately introduced to ServiceMaxs Field Service Management, and it has changed my life. My husband and kids had given up on teaching me how to use computer tech and here I am, cruising around the office with a wide smile. Ease of use wise, Id rate ServiceMax 8 out of 10 stars. Ive been able to easily fill in the required fields and pick up tasks with more and more agility with each passing day, something I never thought Id be capable of. In terms of overall innovation, ServiceMax ranks even higher. They have kept up with the times and use of next generation technology. Its literally transformed our office work to the top standards of global technology, something that only marvels me. Plus, I dont have to worry too much in case I got messed up while doing some task. The system remembers my user preferences and takes me back to the right page. 9 out of 10 stars in this category. Overall, ServiceMax has enabled me to craft a winning strategy and coordinate service activities in real-time. Superb next-gen features such as Analytics, scheduling and Reporting have enabled me to understand the days performance with one short. Theyve made my office like an automated machine, and that I love. The only drawback is the learning curve, which has been quite steep for me. Their promise of predictive diagnostic and Internet of Things integration seems promising, but the features are not yet mature enough to truly support the futuristic use cases they promise. I have yet to see any of the promised features working as they are supposed to, leading to great dissatisfaction with their services. Service Maxs Field Service Management has certainly made things easier for me. With its intuitive interface, it is a welcome change from the other services I have tried in the past. Even at my age, I have been able to pick up the system fairly quickly. I would rate the ease of use a 9 out of 10. In terms of overall innovation and the use of next-gen technology, there is no doubt that ServiceMax stands out. For one thing, it offers me way more features than any of its competitors. It also has a wide range of reporting functions that allow me to quickly review the days results or plan ahead. The only thing that could be slightly improved is the learning curve, which can be a bit steep until you get used to the features. They have made my life a lot easier, and I would certainly recommend it.

I was underwhelmed by ServiceMaxs support for futuristic use cases. For example, artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities are missing from their platform. Although ServiceMax offers an analytics module, the insights are fairly basic and reactive - not proactive. Additionally, the system does not have the ability to predict future trends or patterns, which could potentially be extremely useful for predictive maintenance and analytics. Furthermore, voice recognition and voice command capabilities are completely non-existent, which is limiting in terms of usability. ServiceMaxs Field Service Management offerings could definitely benefit from incorporating newer technologies into the platform.

The pricing is reasonable and set up was very easy - I completed the entire process without help from customer service so its definitely user friendly. I do wish the customer service was more responsive though. I sent several queries and received replies to some but not all of them and that was a bit frustrating. Ive been using ServiceMax to manage field service operations and its proving to be a great tool. Ive been able to identify and address problems more quickly with the help of the analytics feature and Im looking forward to seeing additional improvements in the future. While I understand that this technology is more widely used in diffferent parts of the industry, I dont think Im getting enough bang for my buck. It seems like I always have to be buying more licenses or upgrading to newer products, and its costing me a lot of money! I had an opportunity to work with ServiceMaxs Field Service Management offerings, and my overall experience with ease of use was just “OKâ€. Navigation was a bit wonky, as a lot of features were complicated to find and understand. For example, when I was trying to find the analytics module, I had to search the system multiple times until I found the right page. Data entry was also extremely time-consuming - the interface was a bit dated and unresponsive, which took a lot of time to fill out forms. I felt that ServiceMax could have made a better effort to modernize the user experience, because this kind of outdated platform does not bode well for futuristic use cases. It has a wide range of functionalities and allows for real-time coordination of tasks.
