The software may be good for certain use cases or have a few good features, but overall the user experience is quite frustrating. The platform cannot be customized and thus the scope is quite limited. For example, the ability to trigger different processes from internal or external sources is quite clunky. What is theoretically a good idea, the integration of the software with existing automation systems, is almost impossible to implement in a useful manner. Even if you manage to do so, the performance is far from optimal. The vision of akabots RPA is also quite limited. The platform works well as an individual entity but lacks features, scalability and integration capability that is often necessary when moving to a production environment. My overall rating would be 3/10. The product has potential but fails to deliver on its promises due to a lack of customization and integrations.

Even our colleagues with no tech-savviness were able to operate it with ease. The best thing about akaBot is its features. Were amazed by the automated processing task templates, multiple digital workers, task design and configuration and much more. Its quite affordable too, accounting for all the savings that weve made with its help. Finally, the customer service team is excellent, they are very accommodating with any queries we have. Deployment Process Review I had the opportunity of trying out akaBots RPA softwares deployment process and it went off rather smoothly. We had to create a few accounts on the application and then we had to input all the necessary information that was required to run our process. There are a few drawbacks, however, like some difficulty with complex scenarios and certain compatibility issues. It is quite hard to get the most out of the platform, even for experienced users. In terms of product vision, the product does not scale well for larger projects. It is better suited for smaller use cases, but larger projects can be quite cumbersome. The software also lacks integration and flexibility when it comes to customizing the platform. It does not easily adapt to existing processes and frameworks, therefore making it difficult to get the most out of the product. My overall rating would be 3/10. While the product has potential, the user experience is far from satisfactory.

Enough talking about the abstract benefits though- lets take a look at how AkaBot has helped us in tangible terms. With its low-code, drag-and-drop platform, it was easy to create bots that followed our exact instructions quickly; allowing us to automate tedious, rule-based processes with ease. The software is capable of utilizing various intelligent automation solutions like image processing, optical character recognition (OCR), machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) as well. The introduction of self-learning bots to our workflow has allowed us to delegate more complex tasks to machines, which frees up manpower resources for more important tasks. I've been using the akaBot Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software for my business unit and I'm disappointed with the overall customer service experience. For example, the customer service team didn't understand the issue I was facing and resolved my complaint after more than a week of back and forth. The customer service personnel seemed lost at times and didn't have a clear grasp of the company's goals and purpose.
In addition, the cost of ownership for this software was very high. Not only was the initial purchase cost quite expensive, but the maintenance and training costs made the total cost of ownership for this software quite pricy. For a very expensive software, I expected more from its customer service team, and unfortunately, I was quite let down in this aspect.
Overall, I would give akaBot's Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software a two out of 10. The higher cost of ownership and subpar customer experience make this software a hard one to recommend.'

Its ‘automate anything tagline compelled me to give it a try and to be honest, I was really let down. I had hoped that the software would help me save time and effort, but instead, it just ended up taking more of my time than ever before. The software had a clumsy user interface and tedious navigation, which made it extremely difficult to use. I also found that it took a very long time for it to execute commands. All in all, I think Akabots RPA software is a huge disappointment. I dont think the features are robust enough and the product vision is outdated. Furthermore, the product features promised to make the lives of our team infinitely easier, however, in practice this simply was not the case since the software failed to provide us with capabilities such as the automation of forms and customer data input. With this in mind, I can only offer an overall rating of 2.5/5. Moving onto the product vision, I was left somewhat underwhelmed by the lack of creativity on show. This was particularly apparent since the software provided a reduced capability set when compared to competitors. Editing of documents and data collection also didnt feel as intuitive as it perhaps should have due to the lack of options available to customize the end-to-end process. As a result, I can offer a rating of 3/5. All in all, the customer service was lacking, the product features were limited compared to competitors, and the product vision was underwhelming. Whats even better is that building process flows is quite simple with the drag & drop editor. It allows for complex automations configurations and also provides fault recovery capabilities from unexpected errors. To make it easier to understand, I will give you an example. Review 2: I recently worked with akabots RPA software offering and I must say I was quite unimpressed. The product is meant to accelerate automation processes, however, after working with it for a few hours I found that it was quite difficult to use and understand. The user interface is quite clunky and unless you already have a good understanding of RPA automation, it is quite difficult to get the most from the platform. In terms of product vision, the product lacks any scalability capabilities. It works well in smaller scale use cases but lacks the flexibility and integrations needed for larger scale production environments. In terms of features, it is quite basic and does not compete with other offerings on the market. There are better solutions out there if you are looking for more features and features that are better aligned to your specific needs. Overall, my rating is 4/10. The product has potential but it will not meet the needs of more advanced users.

I recently bought the akaBot Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software for my business unit, but found it to be quite disappointing overall. The customer service experience was quite frustrating. The team seemed out of touch with technology changes, hadn't been trained properly, and could not address the issues I was facing.
Yet, I had to pay a high cost of ownership for such a subpar service. The initial cost for the software was high. Plus, the maintenance and training expenses created a higher cost of ownership that was overly expensive.
I wouldn't recommend anakaBot Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software as the customer service issue and the high cost of ownership makes it a difficult investment.
Overall, I would rate this software a four out of 10.'

Having recently experienced the capabilities of akaBot as Robotic Process Automation software, I am less than pleased with the offering. To begin with, the customer service from akaBot was quite lackluster - from delaying responses to improperly addressing the needs of our team, it was quite apparent that they didnt have our best interests at heart. The product features also failed to meet the bar set by competitors, and whilst the product vision was of a good standard, it didnt feel as though we had the options at our disposal to truly customize the functionality of the software. For these reasons, Im compelled to give a total rating of only 2/5. As for the product vision, whilst I admired their ambitions to make the workload run smoother, the lack of editing capabilities left a lot to be desired. Furthermore, the data collection felt clunky and it took many attempts to finally get the system to work, putting extra strain on our team. With this in mind, I can only rate this portion as 2.5/5. Whats more, the customer service was far from satisfactory, with reps being notably unresponsive to our questions and feedback. Unfortunately, this is enough to negatively impact my overall view on the akaBot software - leading to a total rating of 2/5.

Review 2: I recently began using akaBot as my RPA software and Im really impressed with the results so far. It has been a great asset to my team in automating our mundane, repetitive tasks, thereby allowing us to focus on more important tasks. The graphical user interface makes creating the bots a breeze and the successful execution rate of the tasks is really high. I also like that akaBot supports futuristic use cases and the cost of ownership is quite affordable when compared to other RPA solutions. I have been using akaBot's RPA Software and I cannot recommend it enough. The software is incredibly simple to use, allowing us to quickly and easily set up automated processes and workflows. We were also able to customize the tasks, allowing us to focus on what was important for our R&D department. We found the integrated debugging capabilities to be especially useful, as it gave us the ability to spot any issues before they caused any major problems. Additionally, the software is highly compatible with multiple applications and platforms, making it very easy to connect multiple systems together. Review 4: I can safely confirm that AKABots Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software is a reliable product that can be adapted to suit the specific needs of a business.
