“Automates Marketing, but lacks help function”

The marketing automation capabilities are really for the business uses but the unavailability of the help function puts the users in pain to resolve the errors in day to day activities and they end up wasting time and energy. Salesforce pricing is well defined.

“Great for enterprises not for SME”

Reporting is amazing on dashboards once developed properly. Functionally works well on mobile devices as well. Hard to setup and very costly if you're a small to medium sized business. Salesforce pricing is competitive but again it depends on business needs

Salesforce offers a very helpful system to log cases, and allows to create any queues we might need to keep track. The adaptability of this software is one that I had never before seen in similar programs. Salesforce demo is provided on its website and is easy to understand.
