We greatly appreciate the automation tool for our emails and the segmentation option has allowed us to personalize our campaigns. The customer service experience from DotDigital was excellent. We received assistance setting up the software and there was always someone on standby to answer our questions. The customer service was highly professional and was quick to resolve any issues and help us troubleshoot. The pricing plans DotDigital offers are also cost-effective and fit well with our current budget. The flexibility of the plans helps, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of greater customization and diversification of plans. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with DotDigital’s marketing automation software. The setup process was easy and the customer service was great. The pricing plans are also cost-effective.
